This is a wonderful Garden Apartment in The Best part of NYC. It offers a spacious, enjoyable and peaceful home for a couple, a large family or group. The apartment is set up for comfort and convenience. It offers a large living room with a beautiful dining table and comfortable seating. A well stocked kitchen , comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms as well as an enclosed Patio and Back Yard Garden. A wonderful well located apartment for relaxing and enjoying with friends + family

This is a wonderful garden apartment that offers a very spacious, enjoyable and peaceful location for a large family or group. The apartment is set up for comfit and convenience. The common room has a beautiful dining table and comfortable seating. The kitchen has all the pots pans and plates that would be needed for a top chef ! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable as well. The enclosed garden room and back yard wonderful for relaxing in the afternoons and evenings.
There is both a peaceful screened patio AND a backyard garden area .
Both spaces are wonderful for relaxing with friends and family.
Guest access
Guests can use the whole apartment as well as the back garden and the patio room and the adjacent laundry room.
