"The place was exactly what I needed! It is extremely well located and feels safe and secure. The other members of the community were very welcoming and social! But the biggest perk to this stay is how helpful and responsive. The property managers were! They made me feel safe, secure, and welcomed."

The second floor includes an open concept living area with a living space, kitchen space, dining space, half bath, and two front facing balconies. The third floor is the primary suite, which includes en suite bathroom with walk in closet and full size laundry.

With a nearby light rail station only minutes away, there are many ways to get around the city and explore.

Noise decibel monitor present:Â There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC.
