Summary:
Luxury one-bedroom loft in the heart of downtown Dundee. Newly renovated 125-year-old building with timber ceilings, exposed brick walls and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Tastefully decorated and features a king-size Beautyrest mattress, luxury bed linen, private bathroom, kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and lightning fast Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows on the 60” LED smart TV. 124 LOFTS offers 4 separate luxury lofts. Book one Loft or all four.

The Space:
The building was built in 1893 and over the years has housed a department store, men’s clothing store and photography studio. In 2018 the property was completely rehabbed and now offers a charming coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique hotel on the second floor. Free parking is offered in nearby municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offer the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with key-less entry. Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers

Guest Access:
Entrance is on Main Street. Our remote lock system allows the convenience of a contactless check-in and check-out.

The Neighborhood:
124 LOFTS is centrally located in historic downtown Dundee. The entire downtown district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You’re just steps away from plenty of dining options and nightlife. Stop next door to Emmett’s Brewing Co. and enjoy a bite to eat and one of their award-winning brews, or catch a live show a few doors down at the RocHaus. We are also just a 2 minute drive from "The BRIX on the Fox" wedding reception venue. Downtown Dundee also offers a pleasant river walk and the Fox River bike trail which both wind their way alongside the Fox River. 124 LOFTS is a perfect home base for exploring all that the Fox River Valley has to offer. Getting Around:
Our location is conveniently located 3 miles north of Interstate 90 and 5 miles to the closest Metra Train station. Uber, Lyft, and PACE public busses are all available. We are a quick 30 minutes from Chicago's O-Hare International Airport.

Free parking is offered steps away in one of many municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the convenience of self-check-in with keyless entry. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Other Things to Note:
Each individual loft offers a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, Keurig machine and an undercounter refrigerator. It does not have an oven or a stovetop.

Great location with a ton of things to do within walking distance. Really enjoyed the decor of the space. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location

We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed the loft! It has a very cool vibe to it and it located very close to amazing restaurants and bars. We will definitely go back!!

Birthday getaway

The space was clean and beautiful, just as seen in pictures! In a great area with restaurants and things to do for adults. Perfect size for me and my husband. My only complaint would be the noise from the cars on the street and the other people renting the other rooms were pretty loud and slamming doors at midnight when we were trying to sleep. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! They provided ear plugs which I’m glad and a parking pass to park right by the loft. Overall was a great experience and would stay again.

Clean and Comfortable

The location was great! Walking distance from many restaurants and music venues. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I really could say was the noise from the street in the early morning, but that had already been mentioned prior to my stay and they did provide ear plugs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

Just what I needed!

Clean, quiet and cozy…just right for a short get away. The town of Dundee is relaxed with plenty of restaurants. My in the clean, well kept loft was perfect! Suzanne is a perfect host. She communicates completely in a timely manner. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again!

Wish It Could Last Longer

From the moment we stepped into the unit we were happy with it. A nice "welcome" message written on a hallway mirror. A well done kitchenette stocked with some welcome snacks like micro popcorn, chocolates and water bottles. A full ice cube tray was even waiting in the freezer. The only negative would be the road noise during the night. But we were warned about old buildings and thin walls. Plus, there were two pairs or ear plugs on the counter. The owner obviously accounted for that and it was a nice touch. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn't change a thing!
