The Space:
The apartment is located on the second floor in the popular Eden on the Bay on Big Bay secure complex. There is secure underground parking. You will experience a wonderfully open and relaxed holiday feel to the apartment with a sea view from the balcony.

This 1 bedroom apartment can sleep 4 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom, two three quarter sleeper couches and a three quarter air mattress.

The apartment has a one spacious bathroom which is ensuite to the bedroom with a bath and a separate shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge and basic cooking utensils to make delicious meals whilst on holiday.

The open plan kitchen lounge area has a dining room table and a flat screen TV in the lounge (we have Netflix instead of DSTV). Free unlimited fibre WiFi internet . The balcony has a beautiful sea view and while on the balcony, you will be well sheltered on windy days...

Eden on the Bay is right on the Beachfront of Big Bay, Cape Town. It is family and child-friendly with a sheltered jungle gym, grassed play area and child-friendly restaurants. Getting Around:
Uber is always around and the public MiCiti bus route stops right outside the complex. You are right close to 2 big shopping malls.

You have great access to the wine route, getting to the center of town and to exploring the greater Cape Town environment.

Other Things to Note:
Security at the complex are contracted to monitor the mall itself and the underground parking and do rounds and check-ins during the mall operating hours.

Various security measures are in place in an effort to ensure that security at Eden on the Bay is enforced for the safety of the tenants and customers:

1. A security office is located on the mall premises near the entrance to the mall.
2. CCTV security cameras are placed in strategic parts of the mall and in the underground parking areas and are monitored constantly.
3. Gardier security guards patrol the mall throughout the day.
4. The local Neighbourhood Watch is active in the area and the surrounds of the complex.

Eden on the Bay complex makes every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay and shopping experience for you.

However, we encourage our guests to remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings, and to report any suspicious behaviour to a security official or to the Centre Management.
