Excellent Family Stay

Everything was clean, there was more than enough room, comfortable living spaces, and it was a great neighborhood. Everything was nice, updated, and in great condition.

Everything was well organized and great. The only thing is that we didn't know where the game room was until the second day because it was a separate entrance from outside. We were confused and thought that was a private entrance for the owner. Maybe there could be a sign or other notice notifying where it is at? Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

The TV was terrible, owner would not let us use own own apps and we couldn't get the NFL playoff game on. The Hot tub motor was very loud, the clocks did not have battery's, there was an ancillary heater in the MB that wined, the shower drain cover in the MB was not attached flopping all over, the upstairs shower door handle was broken and the Garage had a sewer gas smell.

Southern Utah Trip

This house is perfect for a family get-away to Southern Utah! We had 8 adults staying here and everyone loved the place! The house is in excellent condition, very nicely decorated, and has tons of space with all the bedrooms and with each room having its own bathroom (no traffic jams waiting for the showers!). The hot tub was a hit with the family and the views off the back patio and hot tub were perfect for beautiful, unobstructed sunsets. The large great room and kitchen were the main gathering place for hanging out and playing board games. The property manager was great and easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Only regret? Not long enough! The one and only thing was that there were dirty pans in the cupboards, that I had to scrub clean before I could use them. That could definitely use more care. But we loved our stay!
