Fourth Street Crossing Summit Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium corner-unit townhome thatâs an excellent choice for groups of up to six guests. The living area features high ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. Thereâs comfy seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen smart TV as well. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), extensive cookware choices, and a fantastic coffee bar with a coffee maker, tea kettle, Nespresso and French press options! Thereâs seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.
Youâll love the rooftop deck â with your own private hot tub â for taking in the mountain air and views! Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage (two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle) that includes an electric car charging unit. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
