Youâll love the ease of this thoughtfully renovated beach retreat, complemented by a 4-person hot tub, rooftop deck with built-in seating, and outdoor shower. Plus, youâll marvel at how close you are to not just one, but two beaches that accommodate everybodyâs desire to enjoy the surf or sand as they wish.
Tucked into a quiet street, JOLLY MON is perfect for families who like to split time between the surfing waves of the Atlantic Ocean and the gentle waters of Pamlico Sound, accessible via an easy access ramp at the end of the road, which you can explore with the help of four complimentary kayaks or a canoe. If you plan on fishing the soundâs flounder-rich waters, thereâs a fish-cleaning station with water and lights and a charcoal grill to cook the dayâs catch. Shoot some hoop at the basketball goal while the coals get hot.
Enjoy the convenience of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the homeâs communal living space. There's a master king suite with a private bath. Sharing the full hallway bath are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other features two triple bunk beds. All the bedrooms feature Smart TVs.
