Magnificent comfortable 3rd floor ocean view/beachfront condo
We are located in the Marriott Resort on Hutchinson Island. This is a wonderful 3rd floor 1 bed-1 bath condo with a full kitchen and everything provided for a relaxing beach vacation. The balcony faces east and has an amazing view of the Ocean and our private beach (the beach is only for residents of Indian River Plantation and our building and the building next door)
We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests to access the Marriott resort amenities. Our guests can purchase a pass from the Marriott Golf Pro Shop for $300 one time fee-covers entire stay and up to 4 guests staying in the condo. Guests can access 3 resort pools-our building also has a pool for residents and guests- private golf course with discounted fees and priority reserved tee times, tennis, pickle ball, 24/7 fitness center, tiki bar by the beach, reduced fees beach set up -we also provide beach chairs and umbrella for our private beach- and resort shuttle.
We are located close to a Publix grocery store and many restaurants and water sports in the area. The cute town of Stuart is right over the bridges from the island and offer shopping and restaurants.
Guests can spend the time relaxing on the beach or take a kayaking tour, boat tour, water ski, boat rental as well as take advantage of the many activities on the island.
We also own property #2090713 and #2524626 in the same building and building next door!

My husband Tom and I moved to Stuart, Florida almost 3 years ago from Palm Beach County (during Covid!) I am a semi retired music teacher and professional guitarist. I had a large music program teaching Kindermusik-mommy and me music classes as well as private lessons-piano, guitar, ukuele for older children. Since Covid I retired from my Kindermusik business but have kept some of my private students I teach via Zoom. Tom is the founder and CEO of a software company serving not profit agencies. We love the Stuart area and have always dreamed about owning and renting out a beachfront condo! We now own 3 in the Marriott Resort on Hutchinson Island! We feel so very fortunate to be able to host guests in these beautiful condos in a beautiful place! Our little piece of paradise! When not working or checking on our condos we love to go on our boat and enjoy the beautiful water here. We also love to travel from road trips to cruises to guided tours. We have been to almost every National Park in this country and are planning a Mediterranean and European trip next!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This is a 1 bed 1 bath amazing condo on the 3rd floor facing east with a stunning view of our private beach and Atlantic Ocean. We have renovated the kitchen with new granite, backsplash, steel appliances and breakfast bar. The furnishings are all new from the comfortable king bed in the bedroom to the new queen sleeper couch in the living room to the comfortable couch and bistro set on our balcony-perfect to enjoy the sunrises and ocean breezes! We are located in the Marriott Resort and are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests to access the resort amenities. Guests pay a 1 time fee of $150 to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop and can access the private golf course for reduced fees and priority tee times, reduced fees tennis and pickleball, 24/7 fitness center, resort pools , tiki bar by the beach, reduced fee beach set up (we also provide beach chairs and umbrella for our private beach) and resort shuttle. Everything is provided for a truly wonderful beach vacation in our little piece of paradise!

We are an oceanfront condo on the 3rd floor with stunning ocean views of our private beach in the Marriott Resort. Not all condos in our building have opted to become members of the Marriott Ocean Club. Our 3 condos are all members of the Ocean Club so our guests can access all the resort amenities.
