Every day is a beach day at Emerald Towers 706, a beautiful Gulf-front condo in the heart of Destin! With panoramic Gulf views and fantastic amenities like an outdoor pool, fitness center, and barbecue area, this condo is the perfect home away from home.

Enjoy our on-site pickleball court – perfect for guests looking to stay active and have some fun! Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, our court is available for all skill levels.

Emerald Towers 706 features three bedrooms and three baths, accommodating up to eight guests. The open-concept living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the Gulf and plenty of natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa or loveseat, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making quick treats for the pool or fresh seafood dinners. Enjoy family time at the dining table or on the private balcony, where you can take in the beautiful emerald waters. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, while the other two suites each feature two comfortable beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Loved location and the roominess of the condo.

The floors should have been cleaner. The beds were comfortable. The back master bedroom sliding door and screen door would not lock. The water filter on the refrigerator was overdue for replacement.

Fabulous location!!

The condo was clean but not that well stocked in the kitchen! Could have used some basics, like containers with lids and full salt and pepper shakers. The shakers were there, just empty. Location could not of been better!

Wonderful Experience!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Emerald Towers 706. The condo was just as pictured. The decor was so pretty! The condo was clean and ready for use! The furniture was comfortable, but the sofa bed needs some work. When pulling out the bed, it took too men just to get it out. Once out it slept great, but the pulling out and putting back in needs some work. The only other thing that I might mention is there needs to be another large skillet added to the inventory. Other than these two things, everything else was wonderful. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The views were incredible. We would definitely book this condo again! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Our family had a marvelous time!

Best Birthday Ever!

I stayed here for my birthday with my family and it could have not been perfect! The unit was spacious, renovated , modern and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was beautiful. Seeing the sunrise by the beach is everything. It was a corner unit so we had a lot of natural sunlight. My favorite unit ever!

Needed Family Time

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was fantastic. It was right on the beach. The condo looked just like the online pictures. Clean, lots of room, lovely balcony. We will definitely be back.

Nice views

The condo was clean and comfortable, but in need of a few things. The cookware was in bad shape, nonstick cookware with many scrapes, and the interior needed a fresh coat of paint, one of the windows was fogged up. It would be well worth fixing those items for the guests to have the premium experience for which they are paying.

VERY pleased with our choice!

We’ve stayed at quite a few condos over the years and this was one of the best! Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, amazing views and basically included everything we needed to have a memorable vacation! The facility itself offered all the amenities you’d need including: a great pool, bbq grills, plenty of parking, security/safety and a great central location to all the action!

You could not ask for better views of the gulf. But the condo needs some up. There were missing baseboard in our room. While it was cleaned 
 the floors were sticky. The laundry area door fell off. The shower curtain rod constantly fell down. The unit was humid all the time. No ice in the frozen or tray for ice. Sugar ants everywhere after a few of days. For the price I would have thought you would get more than one garbage bag. Pool was very nice 
 no umbrellas except at the tables. They could use a lot more around the pool.

The place was wonderful, right on the beach, condo was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable, gated community which was great, close to shops, food. We had an awesome time and everyone loved the place!

Great Location

The condo is exactly as pictured which is great because some are not. My family had plenty of space and don’t feel stacked on top of each other. The view from the condo is beautiful in the afternoon as the sun sets. It’s centrally located so either direction gets you to attractions and restaurants quickly.

View was spectacular. Everyone we dealt with were great. The cleanliness of the property was lacking. Urine from last group still on toliet. Locks broken on slide doors and chairs had broken legs that were just stood back up so that the next person could have gotten hirt hitting floor

Wonderful condo, lovely view, easy access to pool and beach. Bedrooms are nice, living area is very big. Convenient to wal mart, grocery stores and recreation areas. Kitchen needs a few more amenities but other than that we plan to go again.

This is an older property but has been updated with a gorgeous view! Pictures are true to what you see upon arrival. Deborah, the property manager, was so accommodating and was a pleasure to work with.
