NEWLY UPDATED! Enjoy your stay in Historic Ybor City! This unique studio is one part of a duplex. It is situated just 3 blocks away from Ybor City's popular 7th Ave. This puts you just steps away from numerous coffee shops, bars, restaurants and the bustling night life.
This listing is just for the left side of the duplex. It has been meticulously updated in Oct 2022. It is a studio style property of approximately 800 square feet. The living room is fitted with a 75" smart TV. The property can sleep 5 guests with 4 beds: The sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 2. There are 2 twin-sized Murphy beds (pull down) that can sleep 1 each. Lastly, there is 1 twin size self-inflating air mattress meant for 1 person. There is 1 restroom that includes all toiletry necessities.
Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. We use electronic key pads for your easy self check in access.
Ybor City is known for its many attractions that include coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and nightclubs that sit on or around the famous 7th Avenue. You are situated a few blocks from the main strip so keep in mind that you may be able to hear the life of the city. Here are some walkable popular spots:

- Al's Finger Lickin' BBQ
You'll also come across chickens, roosters, and neighborhood cats. The chickens and roosters are protected by the city and do not typically linger near the property. You may also encounter some friendly and harmless neighborhood cats.
There are many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. Traveling by car, you are just minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from some of Florida's top beaches. However, if you find yourself without a vehicle, you can take a quick stroll down to 8th ave and catch the free trolley that provides access to many essentials and attractions. Such as, Publix (nearest grocery), Tampa Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, and Armature Works.
Security cameras are installed in the front exterior and back exterior of the property.
This is a part of a duplex so you may have neighboring guests. Please be mindful and respectful of each other.
1. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. This includes both adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host. They must adhere to the house rules and cannot stay overnight.
3. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
4. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
5. Noise and Disturbance:
- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, between 10pm and 7am.
- Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.
6. Cleanliness and Damages:
- Please treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or malfunctions immediately to the host.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
7. Safety and Security:
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay. Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property or going to bed.
- Do not allow strangers into the property for any reason. If you are expecting visitors, inform the host in advance.
8. Appliances and Amenities:
- Guests are welcome to use the provided appliances and amenities, such as the kitchen, washing machine, or entertainment systems, in accordance with their designated purpose.
