This house was even better than described! It was clean and so well-appointed! We felt right at home!
The host was so responsive to my pre-arrival questions and very friendly in her correspondence!
The sunset view from the house is amazing, and you’re able to see the South Padre fireworks that happen twice a week! My family loving fishing and seeing the sea life from the dock too.
We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends & family!

Beautiful home, very well decorated and the location was perfect. We stayed to celebrate 4th of July and had front row seats to the fireworks show. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool. Pool was dirty*, too warm* and too dark for us at night. Requested help with lighting and cleanup of the pool but no one ever came. This was important to us since we had little ones and relied on the safety of the private pool to entertain them.

Managament notes - *(Please note this home has a dark blue pool during the high heat in the summer time it will naturaly heat during the peak temperatures in the afternoon and retain most of the heat) *(Palm flowers seasonally collect in the pool, we do our best to maintain a high standard with all of ours pools' cleanliness)

This home does not allow events or parties. Maximum guest count is 14.... additional guests require extra guest fees. No additional guest or vehicles will be allowed after check in date.
Permits and ID are issued ONLY ON THE ARRIVAL DATE
All guests must be available at Check in or Scheluled Arrival time. 
Each vehicle will need a Vehicle ID / Parking Passes  Issued only at arrival on check in date.

Excess trash collection fees $200
We simply ask that you respect the  rules and please love our beautiful home so that more guests can come and enjoy it as well.

Note: We have all the kitchen necessities to accommodate the maximum occupancy, but if you plan to have a large gathering (wedding, family gathering, etc. additional fees will be assessed to your reservation in advance ONLY.)  Hiring a caterer is ideal ..Save on kitchen work... bring extra paper plates, napkins, and similar goodies. Hotel bathroom soaps will be provided, but if you like to use a lot of shampoo or conditioner (like me) bring some extra. Bring a blow dryer too if you don't plan on rockin' the beach hair look.

Reservation Deposits:
25% of the Rental Fee is due with your Rental Agreement to reserve dates.
75% Remaining balance due 30 days before check-in date. Card on file will be automatically charged to your card that day or a few days after the due date.

Our vacation home is eco-friendly.   Our hone is eco-friendly... we use NEST thermostats. Nest thermostats are set at an eco-friendly temperature that  allows for ecologically responsible vacationing in a nice cool vacation home at 70 +, degrees.  We invite you to contribute to our efforts by being mindful of  keeping doors and windows closed while using the AC system. Please do not try to cool the island.  If you should require a cooler temperature we can set it up especially for you for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
We use eco-friendly paper products to reduce waist and are careful with our water consumption both inside and out. If you would like to make some suggestions as to how we could be more ecologically responsible, send us a note or text. :-)
Our warm beautiful gulf waters can be enjoyed by all. South Padre Island fans plan to spend as much time as possible for many years on our fabulous little island.

We review the days activities and speculate what tomorrow, another day at the South Padre Island will bring. There is so much to do! At the north end you can visit the resident sea turtles and those who are just here for rehab to the southern end were we dolphin watch from children`s beach. Anywhere in between we have gone sailing, surfing, skim boarding, boogie boarding, body surfing, shelling, diving off shore, para-sailing, jet skiing, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, sight seeing on the bay at sunset, fireworks over the bay on Friday nights, cocktails, bayside at sunset, dining beach side and bay side, dancing to the live band at Pelican West or on the beach at "Wanna Wanna" to the Bongo Dogs, singing karaoke 365 days a yr. at the Coral Reef, crabbing, tanning, tiki torch parties on the beach at night, or just a nice long walk, bungee jumping, go cart riding, Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, biking,(a favorite) kayaking, dune buggy jumping, dog walking, kite boarding, just kiting, or simply take a book to the beach and relax beneath the umbrella with toes in the sand and going for a nice refreshing swim in the sparkling fresh blue-green water. The beach is one of the best places to embrace the local culture. It`s were we watch the seabirds like the giant brown majestic pelican, and we do some good people watching, enjoying the breeze, being lulled by the crashing waves and the slower pace of island life.
