Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the 3 out of 3 units in the cottage and 6 parking spaces. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are a fire pit (firewood not provided), private balcony with stunning lake views, lawn games like ladder ball, corn-hole, and Bottle Bash and a shallow swimming area with a sandy/muddy bottom accessed by stone steps. Unit B accessible via a flight of stairs and Unit A requiring three steps up to the porch (Unit C - no stairs, lower unit). Units B and C offer washer/dryer facilities with a starter amount of soap and dryer sheets. Trailers and larger vehicles can be accommodated in the driveway, using the two designated Unit D parking spaces. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

Other Things to Note:
Book with confidence at this property, as they offer a risk-free cancellation policy allowing you to cancel up to 1 day before check-in for a full refund. However, local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. Pac & Play and high-chair available upon request.

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.


Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.
