There is also a community form that needs to be filled out in order to receive your 8 wristbands and trash compactor pass, guest are responsible to fill this form out and read entire messages that are sent out via this platform. failure to not fill out form and not get your amenity passes we are not liable for.

Full access to the entire home
**Must be at least 25 to book** Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in 3pm & check-out 11am.
Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. We are happy to accommodate our renters just please reach out to us for availability. Early check-in is $100/hour. Early check-ins can only be requested / approved after 5pm the day before check-in. Late check-out between 11-1pm is $100/hour. Any check-out after 1pm would be charged 50% of one night rate.
We suggest you book an additional day if you feel you need additional time in the home to ensure availability.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I have always loved the Poconos and I am an avid skier. I rented homes in the Poconos since I was a child. I love staying in Towamensing as it is a very well run community with great amenities including one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in the Poconos. It is convenient to skiing, golfing, restaurants, water parks, and historic Jim Thorpe.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
My property is unique because it has a two sided fireplace and it is one of the largest homes in Towamensing Trails. The out door deck is a game changer with covered seating, lighting, and an outdoor fan. All the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. I think the game room is hours of fun for the whole family or your large group.
