The tower is developed by Ellington Properties and designed by Anarchitect. It is a part of the Belgravia, a residential complex with two other buildings, Belgravia 2 and Belgravia 3.
The elegant Belgravia 1, JVC has a basement level, a ground floor and four floors above ground. One can find 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment types in Belgravia 1, JVC; there are a total of 181 residential units. Building facilities include dedicated basement parking, a kidâs play area, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium.
