Come to our personal home and enjoy the incredible views atop the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean from the heart of Miraflores. It just doesn’t get better than this.

Enjoy our 3-bedroom, 3 bath, 2,000 sq ft home with a huge balcony on the 12th floor as you take in the most spectacular city and ocean views with the most astounding sunsets you will ever see anywhere in the world.

We are next door to the brand new 5-Star InterContinental Hotel and steps away from “Larcomar”, the premier entertainment mall with numerous shops, gyms, movie theaters, and numerous restaurants. Visit museums and art galleries in Barranco on a beautiful walk along the Malecon.

Casa Buena Vista

Apartment was wonderful, location great and fabulous sunsets every night. Really great communication with property owner. There is a property manager that lives behind the unit who was very helpful and kind, she does use the kitchen so just be aware of that. Would love to see some comfy chairs out on the patio. Over all stay was excellent.

This is a great place in Mariflores. It has an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The place was clean and walking distance from the mall Lacomar. The host was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. He also arranged transportation from the airport which was awesome being that we arrived around midnight. The location feels very safe. The only surprise we had was that the house keeper came into the livingroom unexpectedly while we were still asleep. She told my Mother in law to take care of the table even though there was not much on the table. This was the first time in an aribnb or even a hotel where housekeeping came in unannounced. This was the only hiccup we experienced during our stay. I highly recommend this location, but just be aware that the housekeeper stays in the back room near the laundry room.

Many of our guests adore and appreciate Pina's help. I am not sure what happened this time but again will make sure this doesn't happen again.

Stunning Views, well furnished!

Pros: Great location, unparalleled views, modern furnishings. The place is beautiful. Cons: Lima coastline is cool and damp and you are right on the coast. It was 57 degrees inside and unit only had one small, portable heater. This made for a cool, damp sleep for two of the rooms. There is an onsight person named Pina who lives in the back. I’m sure this is culturally normal, but as sweet as she was, we found it pretty invasive to have her walk in at any time. We also would leave to go eat and plug in the heater to try and warm the place up a bit before we came home. She would enter and unplug it every time, so we’d come home to a cold, damp unit. The unit is awesome but you will have zero privacy.

Thank you Thomas for your 4-Star Review. As Thomas shared, our beautiful home has spectacular views, is wonderfully decorated, and is located a two minute walk from Larcomar, the JW Marriott, and next to the brand new InterContinental Hotel. Homes in Lima do not have central heating. Upon Thomas's request, we bought a second portable room heater for his elderly parents to help them stay warm. Each bedroom also has an extra thick/warm blanket for those nights that are cold/chilly and we just bought a fourth extra thick/warm blanket for those guests that would like it. Pina, who is there to take care of our guests and home, is very responsive to our guests. She can interact as little or as much as each guest would like. She has delighted many guests from around the world over many years.

Greetings Guests! Years ago I was on vacation in Peru, fell in love with the country, its people, and its amazing food. One lucky day I came across our beautiful building and condo and knew this would be our Peruvian get-away home for years to come. My family comes here for the holidays to see relatives and when we are in California, we love to share our home with guests around from around the world.

Casa Buena Vista simply is in the best neighborhood in all of Lima. We overlook 400 foot cliffs, overlooking the Pacific ocean, a minute away from Larcormar with numerous restaurants, movies theaters, shops of all kinds, and a minute from a beautiful park, and right across the street from the Malecon, which you can walk, hike, run or bike for miles in either direction.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

As this is our personal vacation home, not just a rental property, we make sure it looks and feels like a home away from home. Our home is kept immaculately clean, very well furnished with frequent updates. Our views and sunsets are the best in all of Lima, and you are a short, easy walk to dozens of great restaurants, movie theaters, shops and parks. The sound of the waves below are relaxing and peaceful.

Also unique to our wonderful home is Pina (Pee-na), who is there to help you as much or as little as you desire. She lives at the rear of the property with a separate entrance and is there to help make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

She can interact with you and your family/other guests as little or as much as you would like. Please let me know in advance your desire so I can communicate with her before your arrival.
