Plenty of room to bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just minutes to lake access, Lees Ford Marina and Burnside Marina. Master bedroom with beautiful large master bath and king size bed, spare bedroom with queen and bunk bed, other spare bedroom with queen bed complete the first floor. The basement is a large space with pool table, air hockey table, game/chess/checkers table and darts. Bed room with 2 bunk beds. Hot tub and fire pit outside (spring 2023).
We stayed for a family boating trip and the house was wonderful!
The house provided plenty of space for the adults and the kids to have plenty of room to do what they wanted or play together. The outside upper and lower deck areas were very relaxing. We had a bonfire everynight. Convenient to put our boat into General Burnside State Park. We wiÄșl definitely stay again! Check in super easy. Code sent plenty in advance. Easy to get to property.
This was our annual family of 6 adults and 5 kids trip to Cumberland. This property was perfect for our trip. The right amount of kid friendly area as well as adult conversation area. Kitchen worked really well for us and was well stocked with cooking items we needed. We used the Leeâs Ford Marina to launch our pontoon boat and then rented a slip for three nights. This was conveniently located to the house. Will definitely use this home again when planning next trip.
I booked the property for our first family trip with plenty of family to visit while in town. The house was beautiful and big enough for our family staying as well as our family coming to visit while we were in town. We wanted to have a little grill out on our last day but the property did not offer a grill but the owner allowed us to use his personal grill. The owner was very responsive to my messages. Everyone had a great time. I definitely recommend this property.
We had 13 family/friends and had plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean house and just a short drive to Leeâs Ford Marina. We would definitely come back.
Beautiful property. The owner was very good at communicating with a few issues & took care of them quickly. The only negative would be the kitchen was not equipped like so many other Vrbo's we have used. No condiments. Only coffee pot was a keurig. Nice fridge & stove. Really nice game room.. overall I would recommend this house.
Our stay for our annual New Yearâs Eve gathering (4 nights) was perfect. We had ages 14-70 at the property and all enjoyed. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Conveniently located in a safe, beautiful suburban neighborhood. I never saw Cumberland Lake so I canât comment on how close we were, but Kroger and Dollar Store were within 5-10 miles.
The house itself is luxurious. Beautiful furnishings with plenty of chairs, couches, pillows, and throw blankets). Beds were memory foam with high quality bedding. High end fixtures (trayed ceilings with recessed lights, granite countertops, SS appliances, double vanity in MB). Air hockey, chess, pool table, and hot tub downstairs were great fun for all.
I gave this 4 stars on cleanliness because I did notice a few cobwebs, trash can was at curb when we arrived, and clean dishes were left in the dishwasher.
There was no tv in the Ownerâs Suite, but we donât watch tv in bedroom so it was not an issue for us. I didnât notice tvs in any of the bedrooms.
Things we would have liked to have at this house:
Garbage disposal.
Area rugs taped down or secured to floor as the one in living room was a tripping hazard.
Mixing bowls and serving platters in kitchen.
Hose by hot tub for refilling.
More hooks/towel racks in bathrooms.
Towel rack next to hot tub.
We would definitely stay here again!
