Whatever you decide to enjoy, your experience at Port Clinton will be complete in this lovely ranch with 3 bedrooms, office, amenities, living quarters and full kitchen! Your only responsibility is to relax and have fun! **Hot tub waiver required**
Other things to note
* Please note smoking is not allowed in ANY part of the property, including patio or porch. The only designated area is the gazebo in front of the house and cigarette butts would need to be placed on a container(not the ground) provided by guest and disposed properly to avoid fire hazard or any smell in the house or outdoor cushion and pillows. If this rule is not followed, CC will be charged (minimum $250) for extra cleaning to remove smell or cigarette butts disposed improperly.
* Pets are also no allowed in ANY part of the property. We have a kid with severe allergies and we can’t void this rules under any circumstance. If this rule is not followed, CC will be charged (minimum $250) for extra cleaning. Also, hot tub use required waiver. The use is at your own risk. The owners will not be responsible for any injury or damaged.

The use of this property is exclusively for the guests shown on the reservation. For liability reasons, parties with external guests, pets, or smoking are not allowed on any of the premises of this property. The owner will not be responsible for any extra expense caused by ignoring these rules and the charges, including any broken item or extra cleaning will applied to the CC/payment method provided by the guests. Food or drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. If pillows, bedding and mattresses have stains, we will charge the guest for all of the cleaning needed. The hot tub use is at your own risk.
