Stayed here with a group of ten adults, as we attended a music festival in the area. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves and we never felt overcrowded. Tristan was a great host and quickly resolved a few minor issues we were having. Would recommend staying here to anyone booking a large group in the area.

Excellent Stay

Our family met at this house for a Thanksgiving get together. The host was very responsive and answered questions we had quickly. Excellent house and location. The only slight challenge was the lack of a dining room, but there was a folding table and chairs in the garage that we made work. Would stay here again.

A group of friends came to Ohio to visit the Great Circle Mound and view the total solar eclipse. We had lovely dinners at our VRBO home away from home and had success exploring the area.

Beautiful and comfortable home, super accommodating host. Great for a group get together. (One consideration: it's an open floor plan, which nicely facilitates group interaction, but won't work as well if you have some night owls and some early birds, fyi.) Great stay overall

We had an excellent visit to this home. Lots of parking...we all traveled separately so we had 4 cars that fit no problem. Home was clean and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Good Trip

Came down from NE Ohio Friday-Sunday for a golf trip. Played at some great courses in the area! House was perfect. Plenty of space for 7, awesome backyard area, really nice location. Papa Boos lake side restaurant was really nice. Looking forward to potentially coming back to this same home next year!

Another great weekend

Second year staying in this same home for an annual golf trip and it did not disappoint! Tristan is excellent about responding to any issue and is quick to text if more info is needed. House is in a great spot near the lake and easily accommodates 7 adults. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Beautiful and clean home

The space was perfect for our family. The property was exactly as advertised. Wonderfully clean and decorated. Plenty of towels, and toiletries were a bonus! Comfortable beds, furniture. Tristan was quick to respond with any questions we had. Easy to get in, plenty of parking. Just really couldn’t ask for a nicer place. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

It’s a no brainer for us. We will book again.

Great location close to local family and all our favorite lake activities. Quiet friendly neighborhood. The listing is spot on and the rooms are as pictured. The kitchen and pantry is well stocked with everything a family would need to prepare meals and entertain. The yard is huge with outdoor seating and games for every age. The hammock was definitely a favorite napping spot for our grandchildren. Can’t thank our host more for his attention to details and information. We will definitely book for next year.

One of the best spots in Thornville

I travel with a large group of friends and family every year to Thornville. So I have about five years of different rentals and this is by far the superior of all that I have tried. The property is incredibly clean and well-maintained, the house is large enough to easily accommodate 12 people. Kitchen and entertainment areas are only surpassed by the magnificent backyard. I wish I could give a six for host communication as Tristan is basically on call 24 seven for you.

Group of friends for a reunion weekend

The communal areas worked well for our group size of 9. The upstairs bathroom was slightly awkward since it was in the master bedroom and not accessible to the hallway; most had to use the downstairs bathrooms, but having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Owner was extremely responsive when we had a problem with the thermostat and took care of it right away. House seemed newly renovated and clean. Very positive overall.

Perfect House near Buckeye Lake and Legend Valley

The reason for our stay was for the Everwild Music Festival at Legend Valley. This house couldn't have been more perfect for us. Big, open, nice backyard with room for cornhole, music, etc. The kitchen and living room were extremely nice and the house had just about everything you could think of in regard to appliances, small comforts, etc. We have all already decided we want to book this house next year when the Everwild Music Festival is back in town. The owners were great and responsive to anything we needed... Really just a 5 star experience all around and I would highly recommend this house for a group of friends looking to hang out while still having the privacy of your own room/sleeping arrangments. I can't comment on the lake too much as all we did was the music festival but next time we talked about spending a few more days and getting out on the lake! Fantastic place to stay!

Looking for new adventures, I purchased my first Buckeye Lake property in early 2020 with the dream of being able to spend every summer doing what I like best: boating and live music on the water. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Growing up in southeast Ohio, I've had many great memories with my dad boating and fishing on the Ohio River which fueled my passion for being on the water. Friends and family are everything and I enjoy the times we get to spend grilling out and relaxing with everyone. When I found this property, it was the perfect place for everything I love and more! There's so much to offer including boating, food and entertainment all around the lake, golfing and a relaxing park just to name a few.

We are excited to share these memories with you.

This home is within walking distance of 2 of the most exciting restaurants on the lake, 10 minutes from the boat ramp and the popular Legend Valley concert venue. Coupled with all the local entertainment, you have a private house for which your friends and family can enjoy peacefully. Just inside in a small neighborhood, you are surrounded by friendly neighbors in a location where you can feel safe walking your dog or riding your bike to enjoy the wonderful views by the water, and wind down with a backyard barbeque and outdoor relaxation.
