Casa Vista is the ideal location for couples, singles, or friends seeking quality time together. This property features en suite bedrooms, air conditioners, ceiling fans, a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, living and dining rooms, a manicured lawn, and a refreshing outdoor pool. Casa Vista - "The Home with a View" is situated a mere 2-5 minute stroll from the waterfront at Marigot Bay, Castries on the island of Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean. The Villa is quite spacious (both indoors & outdoors) and opens into some of the most magnificent vistas of the azure Caribbean sea & surroundings. This villa is in a unique location, majestically overlooking the stunning views of the Marigot Bay Waterfront and the mountains. Guests can enjoy both the interior and exterior spaces, which include a large open deck and verandas/terraces/patios that are ideal for outdoor living. Casa Vista is indeed an optimal selection for individuals seeking a tranquil vacation experience, a romantic retreat for couples, or a pleasurable escape for a single person or a group of friends. The property is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy for all guests. Guests have the option to unwind at the property or engage in stimulating activities available on the island or at the Marigot Bay Marina and its surroundings. The Marigot Bay Beach is a mere two-minute ferry ride from the Waterfront. Several other captivating beaches are situated in close proximity to the property. Yachts and mega yachts are frequently seen in the Marina. Casa Vista is conveniently located between Gros Islet to the north and Soufriere to the west. Two (2) Villas (2BR & 1BR): Accommodates up to six guests. Open floor plan with two living and dining areas, two kitchens, and ample patio space. The property seamlessly integrates the outdoors with the indoor living space, offering breathtaking views.

Upper-Level Villa:
This villa features one bedroom with an en-suite washroom, a kitchen, a living area, and a patio. The upper-level villa is surrounded by panel glass in the kitchen, living area, and patio, offering a breathtaking 180-degree view of the surrounding water and mountains.

Lower-Level Villa on Pool Deck:
This villa features two bedrooms with en-suite washrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a dining area, and patios. This villa can accommodate up to four guests and has exclusive access to the pool for the six guests (in both the upper and lower levels) staying in the villa.

The six guests will have the privilege of experiencing the seclusion of each villa while also having the opportunity to socialize near the pool and on the expansive deck area, which offers breathtaking views.
