We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Destin Pointe didn’t meet your expectations and that the beach felt a bit too far of a walk for you. While your beach setup was at the farther of the two private beaches available to you, the Gulf beach access via the boardwalk across Lake Christina is just 1,500 feet away. Regarding the master bathroom toilet, we see that it was reported after your departure. We wish we had known during your stay, as our on-site team could have addressed it right away. We also apologize that the bed wasn’t to your satisfaction. We’ll be sure to bring this to the owner's attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we truly value guest satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our Magnolia House property. We apologize for any inconveniences you experienced and appreciate your honest review. We deeply regret that the master bedroom bed did not meet your expectations. We understand the inconvenience caused by the large bed frame, and we apologize for any discomfort. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration and assess the suitability of the bed frame in relation to the room size to prevent similar incidents in the future. Regarding the balcony seating, we understand your disappointment with the limited seating capacity. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused your party, preventing you from all comfortably enjoying the sunset together. We appreciate your feedback and will explore ways to enhance the seating arrangements on the balcony to accommodate larger groups more efficiently. We genuinely value your feedback and take it as an opportunity to improve our services and facilities. We strive to ensure that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to provide you with the exceptional stay that many of our guests have come to appreciate. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the home, the location, and your experience with our team.
