This meticulously decorated 2,400 square foot home has plenty of room for your group to spread out (two living rooms!), a central HEPA filter A/C system, washer and dryer, and a bathtub for the little ones. We offer complimentary super-fast WIFI for all your devices, and there is a dedicated desk/work station for those who need to finish up with work before they jump in the pool! The kids will have their own private space upstairs in the loft where they'll have views of the entire neighborhood- including the local birds who can often be seen running around the yard!

Meals are a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen, bar seating for four plus kitchen built-in seating for six, and a formal dining room with available seating for eight! Create your favorite family meals while on vacation or try some take-out from one of our local favorite restaurants!

The King bedroom has an en suite bath and walk-in closet, while both Queen bedrooms include full closets. All 3 bedrooms include full-size smart TVs, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains to keep you comfortable! Up the spiral staircase you'll find a kid's loft with two twins beds and a pull-out couch.

After a long day in the Florida sunshine we offer complimentary books, games, and toys in the house for fun family nights.

For your furry family members we have a fenced-in yard and dog beds and bowls available so you can pack a bit lighter.
