The house was everything for our family! Spending Thanksgiving with the family was amazing because the house was so perfect and fully stocked, everything we needed was provided. Location was great, loved every bit of it.
We made a big family trip to SC to visit family and spend the holidays together. The house was perfect and included things we forgot as well as other great little touches. Several of us took advantage of the charging station in the kitchen! One family member was able to take advantage of working remotely while we were away. Communications with the host were excellent. Any concerns were addressed immediately. The property was clean. And the location was perfect for us. We were less than a mile from our local family and mins away from the beach and other destinations. Highly recommend!
The home looks just like the pictures and the beds are comfortable. The house is stocked with pillows, blankets, ceiling and plug in fans, dish soap, hand soap, towels, games, a tv in every room, silverware, cups, plates, etc. Located in a woodsy area with parking for 3 vehicles . It's within 15-20 minutes of Parris Island, the beach, and shopping.
The property was as described. Excellent location for my daughter's family day and graduation from MCRD. Close to shopping, restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Parris Island.
The 6 device charging station was a great plus!
Plenty of wares in the kitchen for food prep/cooking and storage. Some basic spices and seasonings were in the cabinet when we got there.
Extra blankets and plenty of house linens. We bought extra toilet paper (there were a few supplied) and paper plates as there weren't any when we got there.
There were a few games there and we bought a couple decks of cards that we left behind for the next people to use.
Michelle and Scott responded quickly both before our stay and during. The best was when we discovered the grill had no propane and they brought one to us within 10 minutes of reaching out to them.
This MoM highly recommends staying at the Palmetto Cottage. Oorah!
