Ideally located right on the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bars, and cafĂ©s, you’ll have no trouble finding fun. Popular Pier Park is around eight miles away, and Camp Helen State Park and charming Rosemary Beach are around three miles away.

At the condo itself, you’ll find a bright, open space and two levels to spread out on. Pop into the full kitchen and prep snacks for the beach or whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table or breakfast bar.

After a day in the sun, cool off in the central air-conditioning while your beach clothes get a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Great location, very nicely furnished unit! Sapphire is at the east end of Dover Beach so not a lot of extra traffic walking through on the beach. It's also just a few blocks from a lot of restaurants at St. Lawrence Gap. Close enough for a short walk but far right away from any noise. The Dover Market is nearby for any grocery items but we also walked up the the Massy supermarket in Worthing. It was probably a 30 minute walk which let us scout out restaurants for the week. We then just grabbed a taxi back. The unit is in the middle building. It was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. It was great to eat breakfast on the balcony and do a round of laundry when we needed. Everyone on the property we're friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the living area and upstairs master are stunning! Location was great and close to grocery shopping and food. Cleanliness was okay, only issue was the sheets had a few specs of something, but we had no problem washing them over. All utensils needed were there and the ease of reaching the property manager was great. We would stay again!

Great location and view.

The location was great and very convenient. The view was amazing and the beach was gorgeous and not very crowded. And the covered parking is wonderful especially when raining. We would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to be away from the hustle and over crowding of the bigger cities (Destin and Panama City). It is just close enough to Panama to not have to travel far at all to get to all the main attractions.

Clean, comfortable, will come again!

This was a great friend getaway weekend! The unit was impeccably clean, and the location is fantastic - very near Camp Helen State Park. While the entire building does not have the latest updates, it is comfortable, is a great location and had everything we needed for a comfortable, lovely weekend. I would return with my family, or another ladies getaway.

Outdated

Great location but it is outdated and wore out. Appliances are beat up and the cookware is all warped, broken, or barely functional. 1 kitchen chair was unusable as the leg was bent. 2 broken windows on patio. Property manager gave us outdated info for wifi and parking access. Only provided 1 trash bag for 5 days and 2 little bars of soap for 3 bathrooms. I don't think the owner or mgmt has inspected the property in a long time. View is great, location is very convenient. Some updates and this place is ideal.

Hotter than Hell with NO HELP

We were stuck in this property with NO AC and no help from VACASA. It was uninhabitable being 85 degrees in the unit. No one ever came to check. After 11 phone calls and more texts with VACASA we abandoned the property at the 24 hour make. We are still awaiting a FULL refund since it was uninhabitable. I don’t think you have a right to keep any of our money “fees” included since you would not have stayed there either. The local complex manager did get someone to look at the unit. It was determined at noon on Monday the Freon line had been cut accidentally during a renovation project but could not be repaired for another day or two. VACASO didn’t send anyone out. I reported to them what was found. The local VACASA manager finally called me at 400pm on Monday. We have yet to get a call from the transition team to help us move to another unit/complex. We took matters into our on hands and left. I notified them we had abandoned the uninhabitable property-no response.

Dirty, Damaged and Outdated

This condo needs a TON of work. Complete renovations badly needed. We arrived and the check-in process was fine. The door code worked and got us right in where we quickly found our parking pass as promised. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of the entire experience. Right away we noticed what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling of the lower level of the condo. You could tell water had been leaking there at some point. It wasn't until later when I went to take a shower upstairs that I noticed the shower in the bathroom directly above the damaged ceiling strangely only has a fabric shower curtain running along the outside of the tub. No plastic interior liner to stop water from splashing onto the floor. This appears to be where all the damage has come from, yet no corrections have been made to stop the recurring problem. Very odd. I placed a towel down along the base of the tub to stop any further damage from occurring while we were there. Speaking of showering... this place must only have a 5-gallon water heater. My husband and I used the two showers at the same time, and lost hot water within a couple minutes. Cold showers on our first night there. Fun. I will exceed the meager 1500 characters allowed on this review soon, so I'll just make a brief list of the other issues that need resolving: Damaged patio glass door, rusted dryer, heavily weathered stove, broken bedroom mirror, dirty ceilings, unclean bedroom linens (found a potato chip in the bedding!).

Ramsgate Harbor is our favorite!

We had a fantastic trip! This is hands-down the best place in Panama City. I love how secluded it is while still being close enough to enjoy the busier areas as well.
