Welcome! Wild horses come free! Perfect unit for traveling professionals, minimum 30 day stay. One bedroom one bath in-law suite located in quiet, beautiful South Reno-Damonte Ranch area. Unit is a private one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished apartment that is attached to the main house. The unit is located on the left side of the house with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. There’s one locking adjoining door that connects the unit to the main home that is locked on both sides.
The space:
Private, one bedroom, living room, one bath. This unit is attached, but apart from the main home. Unit has a toaster oven, Keurig, coffee maker, full refrigerator, plug in portable stove top and all the essentials that you would need for cooking. Parking on the street in front of the unit, quiet residential neighborhood, close to stores, gambling, skiing, restaurants and more! It has a newer large HD flat screen TV located in the living room.

Guest access:
From the street it looks like a complete home. Walk to the entryway. Beware of watch-pig. You'll see a separate door w/lock on your left, with RING security device recording every move. Walk right in, sit right down, and enjoy your time with us.

Other things to note:
Wild horses do walk up and down the street occasionally. Admire but keep your distance. No special hours, be respectful after 9. Max is 2 people. Let us know if you expect an early or late arrival, we're pretty accommodating.The home is occupied by two quiet older adults. The owners ask that the tenant is quiet, respectful, keeps the unit clean and well maintained. No smoking of any kind will be tolerated in or on the premises. We will be available for any questions or needs that you may have during your stay.
