Beautiful house and property. The pool and the surrounding area are a wonderful oasis, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the location is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to a grocery store and Duval. We never had any issues but Diane the owner is just a text away if you need her. Highly recommend!
My husband and I loved our stay at Eliza Retreat- we did not want to leave it!
The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with the Key West vibe
It was a touch of home at heart with additional great space in the backyard with a beautiful soaking pool and deck to kick start the morning or to hang after a day of fun
We walked everywhere we went, and occasionally took a quick Uber home after dinner.
The location was perfect, and we found so many hidden gems; local restaurants, and coffee shops we have never been to before.
We will stay at Eliza Retreat again!
Its like a home away from home. There was everything we needed for a month long stay. The location is great, easy walk to the action on Duval but in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a small grocery store at the end of the block. Diane, the host is just a text away with information on Key West or anything else you may need. We have already booked again for next year.
A must stay! The pictures do not do this adorable house justice. My husband and I stayed for the month while working online. The host was sweet and quick to respond to all our questions. The private pool surrounded by lush landscape was an ideal escape. Location was perfect; close to the action while in a peaceful neighborhood. We will be back!
This property was amazing! Walking/biking to distance to everything on the island. Modern updates. Had a pool and a private backyard. I couldn't have asked for more from this property. It was perfect. I will look to stay here again and will be recommending this property to all of my friends that travel to Key West! Simply the BEST!
My husband and I like to visit Key West for a couple months each year. We felt like locals at this location. The street was quiet but still close to all the action. Faustoâs (local grocery store) is one block down the street, and Bayview Park is one block in the other direction. The pictures donât do the interior of the home justice. We also really enjoyed the backyard, which felt like a private oasis with the tropical foliage and heated/chilled pool. The hostess was responsive to our questions and was pleasant to work with. Letâs put it this way, I made sure to re-book before posting this review.
A couple of friends and I stayed at the Eliza Street Retreat for a month. I love this conch house! We had the best time ever!
First, the property is so charming. The pictures are definitely accurate, but somehow it looks even better in person. The backyard pool is so tranquil and perfect.
Second, the property is conveniently located. It's a close bike ride or walk everywhere. My friends and I loved walking through the enchanting neighborhood, too.
Third, Diane, the owner, is as nice and as helpful as can be. She was available to answer our questions. She knows Key West inside and out. She knows Key Westâs hidden treasuresâand the best places to eat!
Look no further. Seriously, you found the right place here. I am making plans to book again next year.
H, my name is Diane. My husband, Tom, and I bought this house after traveling to Key West over 20 years. We love this house and the location, one block south of Truman Ave.
Tom and I grew up in Northern Kentucky. We have four adult children all of whom live in Northern Kentucky. They love Key West, too, as well as my son-in-law.
Tom is in the concrete business and I am a retired ESL teacher. We can't spend 12 months in Key West, so we would love to share our little slice of paradise with you.
