Island House Beach Resort !! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Floride. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride centrale. Ce condo offre une vue sur les palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. L'unité 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est non-moquette, 1300 sq. Ft. Et situé au 5ème étage. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée (tous les appareils), véranda, chauffage central / ac, King, 2 lits jumeaux. Dans l'unité Internet. Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, cour avec jeu de palets. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée, salle de loisirs avec table de ping pong, piscine, air hockey. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, attractions à proximité. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island est à une heure et Disney / Epcot 21/2 heures. Venez vacances à Island House et faire de vos vacances un moment inoubliable.

Great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo on the gulf coast. Kitchen and bathrooms are in need of updating. Counters are too low and stove is rusting. Condo is always very clean and orderly but it needs an upgrade.

Can't beat the view!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was lucky enough to find this rental about 6 weeks before our travel. Had planned to stay on the Atlantic side of Florida, but thought I would try to find something on the gulf side. So happy I found this! It was very easy to book this room on the Island House website. The staff was very accommodating to me when I was waiting on a new credit card to arrive to pay for the balance that was due. I never had to interact with any staff at all my entire stay. It was as if I owned the place, and was coming home. My only suggestion (not complaint) would be to give the unit a little TLC with painting, etc, and clean the laundry area a bit. Also, it would be helpful to have liquid hand soap in the kitchen & baths. Thank you for a great stay on Siesta Key!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort as a whole is terrific. The unit had a lot of little things:- The toilet seats were loose- The inside doors were hard to keep shut, you had to push the door firmly to get it to stay shut- The shower in the master bath had no shower caddy, you had to put soap, shampoo etc on the floor.- The TV was hard to use, very tricky to get it to turn on (but I have had this problem in most units)- The guest bath room sink you could not get the stopper to work to keep water in- The water leaked around hot water faucet in master bath- The master bath did not even have a stopper in one sink-To clarify my answer to the question below regarding recommendation of the property: I would recommend Island House strongly as a whole but would stay away from Unit 17S

Disappointment after visiting for so very many years.

New sofas did help and view is amazing but needs some TLC. Pool heater didn't work for entire visit and lights leading to the beach were never repaired

Great beach but unit needs cleaning and updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach at siesta key is amazing, but unit 17S needs a thorough cleaning and updates throughout. Kitchen supplies are garbage, cabinets falling apart, chair cushions are disgustingly dirty, master bedroom door wouldn’t stay shut, and unit overall needs updating. TV’s are a joke, way too small.

Master bedroom needs new mattrise. unit was clean but drawers had sand in them. great customer service when thing needed to be fixed, same day. Lot of mix up on next years reservations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at Island House. The managers keep the grounds so nice. Our unit was lovely with very nice furnishings. I would say they really need a new dishwasher but otherwise it was very nice. We love the screened porch which allows a great view with sliders that manage the breeze when it is cool. We've stayed at IH three times now and it is always a great experience. We needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating.

Best slice of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Island House for 31 years now and they never cease to provide the best relaxing experience. The property is maintain and when I had an issue with my AC, they were on it and resolved it right away. The staff is like an extended family, always there to help. The best part is the wonder beach. It has become my family's favorite vacation and has been a tradition passed down to our children and one day their children will also know Island House and Siesta Key.

Great Location, Property Sufficient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the beach and wonderful views. The property itself however could use a little TLC (door hinges, crack in the bathroom wall, window screens). Beds were comfortable but couch has definitely seen better days. Couldnt get the DVD player to connect to the TV and a smarttv would be a nice upgrade so we could log into our own netflix/hulu accounts. Overall though, it was a nice stay and we enjoyed our time there.

A Perfect Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 6 nights in 17S of Island House Beach Resort were everything one could hope for. The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It was exactly how it was presented online, attractive, well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful view, and amenities in good order, such as the pool, outdoor furniture, beach furniture, shuffleboard, and indoor rec room games such as ping pong, pool, etc. In the case of having a burned out light bulb, it was replaced immediately. We highly recommend it.

Perfect Location. Beautiful view.

So enjoyed our stay. Easy access, safe environment, steps to the beach, friendly neighbors. Only thing I'd suggest is to equip the kitchen a bit better.

Needed reprieve

Absolutely beautiful condo in a fabulous location. Lovely views of the ocean from not only the lanai but both bedrooms. I woke up in the master bedroom each day looking at the ocean. The 5th floor location provides spectacular views. The section of beach in front of the condo is not crowded in the least, especially compared to the crowds I noticed on down the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, blender included. Do yourself a favor and rent this condo! An awesome quiet reprieve from a busy life!!

The condos are spacious and overlook the beautiful golf waters of the West Coast of Florida. The property is very well maintained by an excellent staff of caring individuals that have become an extended family to all of us. My children and my family members children have all grown up coming to the beach every summer and spending a great time at the Island House. Most are all adults now and continue the tradition of every summer regardless of what’s going on in the world we come to Island House to relax, rejuvenate, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Island House for being our home away from home.
