Family Unit with Pool near Surfers Beach
You will be centrally located in our homely unit, nestled between the sought-after tourist suburbs of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, with stunning beaches, restaurants, bars, and public transport close-by.
Iconic Surfers Paradise beach is a short stroll across the road, and tram stops are a few minutes walk. Pacific Fair is close by for shopping. The Langham in The Jewel is across the road with a beach-front coffee shop. There is so much to see and do and the apartment is the ideal place to chill and relax with everything you could need.
You will enjoy a modern full kitchen with dishwasher, basic cooking items and basic condiments such as oil, salt & pepper, and baking foil. We provide a starter pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk, and a nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods.
There is a bright and airy combined living and dining with TV and Netflix, with an adjoining balcony to enjoy balmy Gold Coast evenings.
The modern combined bathroom / toilet and laundry with shower (no bath) has a started pack shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, and toilet paper.
There is a combined washer/drier for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a luxurious queen-size bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a double/single bunk-bed.
The main living area and both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.
*** We require all doors and windows to be closed when aircon is operated to avoid condensation build-up and damage. Aircon is to be operated only between 21 and 25 degrees ***
At the rear of the building is a communal Pool and BBQ area downstairs.
Free parking is available downstairs for one car.
Bed Linen and bath towel per guest is provided. Additional towels or pool towels may be available on request. An additional linen/laundry fee may apply.
You will have access to the whole apartment, communal pool and BBQ area (shared between 16 apartments), and an outside parking space.
Due to bedding we have a strict policy of maximum 4 people over 12 years old, and a total of 5 people including children. We require all visitors to be registered. If you have any additional guests please contact us before booking.
Please do not book if you have a pet or service animal as we require prior written permission from the strata manager to bring animals on the property.
Immediate cancellation will apply if a pet is on the premises, with no refund and additional cleaning fee will apply for any pet hair due to allergies.
House Rules
To ensure our property is maintained for our own use and other guests, we appreciate you observing our house rules.
Additional guests without prior approval may result in immediate eviction with no refund. Maximum guests permitted are on your booking.
Parties and excessive noise are absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Details of all guests and visitors to the property are required prior to arrival.
No smoking, vaping or candles permitted. No Glitter, confetti, hair dye, tanning lotions etc. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
This property is a smart property. Do not unplug, turn off, or restart any devices. No covering the Ring Doorbell. A callout fee or immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund may apply.
Windows and doors to be closed when aircon is on due to QLD humidity. Please only operate Aircon between 21 and 25 degrees (due to condensation pump capacity).
Blockout blinds in the bedroom slide up and down. Please use the middle of the bar to operate them evenly so they don't break.
Body Corporate rules to be followed in common areas (no unauthorised animals allowed). Please clean the BBQ area after use. No glass in the pool area.
AT THE END OF YOUR STAY
We just ask 3 things:
1. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.
2. Remove your rubbish & place rubbish in the bin chute near front stairs
3. Wet towels are placed in the bathroom
Our housekeeping team will do the rest.
Additional Fees may apply for excess cleaning/rubbish removal.
Don't forget to leave the lock fob on the hook. (Fobs cost $150 each to replace and program - please do not lose it!)
If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we may require our housekeeping team to attend to provide basic cleaning and fresh linen. We will advise you of approximate attendance times where possible.
Please note if you are a same-day booking, we may not be able to accommodate your booking. We will notify a check-in time that may be later than 3pm depending on time of booking.
