Our brand new 3rd floor unit is a real gem, with an incredible beachfront location and all the modern amenities you could want. Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private patio, enjoying the stunning ocean and pool views. Then, head down to our private beach to soak up the sun, take a dip in the crystal clear water, or explore the local wildlife and scenery.
At Curacion Beach Resort, we have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Our guests have access to our patios, pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, kayaks, snorkel gear, hammocks, swings, lounge chairs, and of course, the white sand beach right outside your door. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you and we offer on-site laundry services for a small fee.
The island of Roatan is a true paradise, known for its pristine beaches and diverse marine life. Our resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the ferry terminal, making it easily accessible for all travelers. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No un-authorized parties or gatherings.
2. No smoking allowed inside.
3. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
4. Pets are allowed and we are very Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing any pets along with you. There is a Pet Fee of $100 per Stay (up to 2 pets with pre approval)
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms, other than water.
7. Please respect the noise curfew and keep loud noises to a minimum from 9pm through 9am
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take care of the furnishings, no pets allowed on sofas or beds.
10. Please donât rearrange the furniture.
11. Please load the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle upon your departure, or wash any used dishes.
12. Place all garbage in receptacles.
13. Please be aware that we have security cameras in our outdoor areas.

This secluded neighborhood offers some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the more commercialized parts of the island and offers a snapshot of Roatan before it became a tourist destination.
We can ensure that a rental car will be ready for you at the resort if requested, but if driving around isn't for you, we can also arrange for a driver to take you to your destinations for a small fee. Taxis are also available throughout the island.
