Welcome to your Somerville home base - our home was designed to provide a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city, visiting family, or traveling for work.

Less than 4 miles from downtown Boston, this second-floor condo offers easy access to public transportation, major highways, and some of the area’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy nearby local cafés, restaurants, and shops, or explore Davis Square and Union Square. Tufts University is 1 mile away, Harvard is 2.5 miles and MIT is 3 miles from the condo - ideal for graduations and school celebrations!

Whether you`re visiting Boston, Tufts, MIT, Harvard, or simply looking to enjoy Somerville’s incredible food and culture, this condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, location, and convenience.

We also have a 3 bed unit in the same building that sleeps 10, if you want more space to spread out.

You`ll have access to all parts of this condo! There are two other units in this multi condo home, one where I live and one other that is also rented. Your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.

Please note this unit is on the second floor, accessible only by a set of stairs.

An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). It is a 15-20 minute walk to the closest T stop. The 95 bus picks up at the end of our street every 30 minutes and is a 6 minute ride to the T station.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

We`re happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
