Murphy's Retreat is a SPECTACULAR NEW 3400 sq ft Modern Cabin in Blue Ridge/Morganton, GA with 4 Bedrooms & 3.5+ Baths perfect for a family or friends getaway located on 2.5 acres of North GA Heaven. There are amazing views with floor to ceiling windows and access to 1200 sq ft of deck space from every room. Murphy’s Retreat is located less than 5 min from Lake Blue Ridge & 12 min to the heart of downtown Blue Ridge with easy access to the property (4+ wheel drive not required but always handy) and plenty of parking. Bring your boat for a lake getaway. Ample & easy parking for your boat / boat trailer on property during your stay.

The main floor has an oversized, open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, dining space for 10 and an oversized living area. Also on this level are two Master Ensuite bedrooms each with king beds along with a laundry room and half bath. All rooms lead to the spacious upper deck with an impressive 2-sided gas fireplace.

On the lower level you’ll find an oversized bar with a second full-size refrigerator, pool table, den area and two additional bedrooms. Enjoy family / friend time playing pool & hanging out around the bar. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed plus a desk & elliptical if you need to work / exercise while you spend time in the mountains. The 4th bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a Jack and Jill bathroom with separate, private oversized vanities for each bedroom.

From the lower terrace level, you can access another large deck with fireplace and both fenced in side yards - complete with a modern, gas fire pit & Adirondack chairs.

Fantastic Stay!

This was our second stay at this cabin and both trips were absolutely fantastic. The cabin itself is very new and clean, with plenty of amenities. The view of Blue Ridge from the cabin is beautiful, especially during sunset!

Thanksgiving Time

My family and I stayed in this beautiful cabin. It was beyond our expectation and will be planning another stay!! Communication with the Owner was excellent and amenity breath taking! Highly recommend!

Amazing getaway

Our stay exceeded expectations. The mountain cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The views from the top deck are out of this world. Communicating with Blake was super easy and he even accommodated a last minute request. Check in/out directions were simple to follow. We couldn’t recommended this place enough.

Most beautiful cabin

What a treat! This cabin is magnificent. It was immaculate, and anything you could think of they have it. Literally, the kitchen and laundry room are fully stocked with everything one could want.The furniture in every room is stunning. The rooms are fitted with gorgeous linens and the bathrooms are stocked better than any hotel. The owners really went all out on this cabin. The road is easy to access, and plenty of parking.We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great Modern Mountain House and View!

This new modern design house was outstanding inside and out. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed spending time on the deck which had an amazing view, especially at sunset. Being close to Lake Blue Ridge and Downtown Blue Ridge was a plus. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and the views are great! This is a wonderful place for families to stay! Owner was very responsive and helpful. House was fully stocked with not only a wide variety of pots/pans and utensils but also food storage containers, towels, blankets, games, etc. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in Blue Ridge!

A lot of properties get rated highly but this one truly is superb! We really enjoyed this luxurious yet comfortable large rental house with an outstanding open view! The owner is very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Fully Stocked

The views were beautiful and the location of the cabin made you feel like you were outside of town some, without being too far from food and shopping. The home is pretty new and fully stocked. We rent homes several times a year for family trips and I can say this one had nearly every dish, pot, utensil, etc. you could think of. Communication with the owner was positive and helpful. We love the Blue Ridge area and would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with space for large families

We needed a place with four bedrooms and four king beds, which is not easy to find. We got so much more than that! Talk about fully stocked- this modern yet rustic cabin has it all! My three adult children and their spouses, and my 10 year old equally enjoyed the views and space to spread out. Pool table was a hit, decks are amazing, dual living rooms were perfect, a desk for homework, workout machine, and the kitchen- let me tell you- there isn’t one thing you’ll need that it won’t have! We had a blast and would definitely stay again. Perfect for Blue Ridge and day trips to nearby Dahlonega, Helen, Vogel State Park, Brasstown Bald, Ellijay and more!

Great adventure

We enjoyed the place. It had enough room for everybody. Nice view. Very well-equipped cabin in all aspects. The kitchen has enough utensils. The bathrooms are spacious and enough towels and soaps. Different environments for everyone to enjoy every activity they want or if you just want to relax away from others for a few moments. Property manager very communicative and great personality and very friendly. I would recommend this cabin.

Mountain Christmas

Our family of 10 met in Blue Ridge for our family Christmas. It was perfect! This house is even better than pictured! Gorgeous house. Gorgeous deck. Gorgeous view. They had up 2 Christmas trees and other decorations to make our weekend even more festive. The owners communicated and answered every question promptly. We have never stayed in a house that literally has everything! We will definitely choose this house again when we are back in the area.

Relaxing weekend

Our family had a very relaxing mountain getaway in this beautiful new home with a gorgeous view. The home is a lovely modern mountain masterpiece. It was very spacious and the flow was perfect. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need and more. The location was perfect for shopping and dining in Blue Ridge. The home was so nice we would have been content to stay indoors. Love the large porches as well. We found the hosts to be gracious and accommodating. We would love to go back and plan to do so! Thank you for a nice weekend in your lovely home.

The best, most stylish, most elegant, most equipped and cleanest cabin!

We were so impressed by the whole process of our stay! From the easy communication with the owner to the impeccable service that was provided, We can unequivocally say that this was the best experience we have had staying at cabin for a weekend getaway! The cabin itself was esthetically stunning with its modern rustic interior and floor to ceiling windows! It was fully equipped with absolutely everything you needed, from a the kitchen to the bathrooms! It was impeccably clean, inside and outside! The multiple patios gave us breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. The cabin is so spacious that it can accommodate multiple families at the same time. We will definitely be back again!

Spectacular Experience

Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at other luxury cabins in the area, though this one truly felt like a tailored experience beyond the others. The host was incredibly communicative and provided a vast amount of information from directions to the cabin, to instructions on how to navigate certain aspects within. The property is stunning and has anything you could think of you may need. The kitchen was stocked (well beyond my own at home even) and any ancillary items such as paper towels, dish soap, etc. were readily available. The bedding also felt like what you’d sleep on at the Four Seasons. The cleanliness standards were also top tier. This is something I feel many properties lack, as it is easy for things to be missed; we did not come across anything we felt needed further attention. Lastly, it was quite easily accessible via the roads/ drive. Other properties we have stayed at often have comparable views, but are up incredibly steep, winding roads that become impassible during any winter weather. While we did not experience such weather this time, I would not have been concerned about accessing or leaving in the property in inclement weather. 10/10, would recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury in the mountains.

A memorable stay in a spacious cabin with breathtaking views nearby Blue Ridge.

I recently stayed in this spacious cabin with my friends to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The cabin offered gorgeous birds-eye views of the rolling hills and breathtaking sunsets, creating a truly memorable experience. And its location was ideal -- just a quick drive to downtown Blue Ridge, allowing us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. We loved gathering around the cozy fireplaces during the cooler evenings. The fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms made our stay very convenient. The covered front and back decks provided great protection from the seasonal rain, allowing us to enjoy the outdoor spaces even in imperfect weather. The beds and linens in the cabin were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. Additionally, the cabin was decorated very nicely, adding to the overall ambiance, and making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the owner, Blake, who was quick to respond to our inquiries and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for a memorable stay near Blue Ridge. The spaciousness, cozy fireplaces, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, and convenient location all contribute to a fantastic experience.
