Overall, our experience was OK however, as a group of 12 to families coming together, there was zero room to gather as a group. The furniture was all miniature sized and very uncomfortable, probably Wayfair special. The beds were small. The master bathroom did not have any hot water. We had a gas leak outside. Justin did take care of this right away. The return vents were absolutely disgusting. This is the problem when pictures are taken and panoramic mode to make everything look huge. This house is very cut up and besides a small living room thereâs really no place to gather the basement was pretty much unusable, very dark and no real furniture.
This is being advertised as a family home but also rents by the room. It had 1 coffee mug and 4 forks for 10 of us. I donât expect a full kitchen but this advertises 2 full kitchens (basement kitchen does not even have power). This house could be a really great stay but home was very dirty (kids lost something to couch and got grossed out when removed cushions) furniture was extremely uncomfortable (chairs were for youth) and just didnât work for a big group (kitchen table seats 6). Look else where if you have a big group or like clean beds (our bed had 4 fitted sheets with no top sheet-and cleaning lady just took one off the top and left the other layers as our sheets. Witnessed this as she was still present when we entered the home. We spent the entire time on the porch because it was the cleanest and had the best furniture. The owner stopped talking to me over chat when I advised he change the listing.
