Gorgeous Golf Townhome in West Beach Kiawah!

Welcome to Fairway Oaks! A serene retreat tucked away on Kiawah Island, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This beautifully-furnished villa overlooks a lagoon, is surrounded by nature, and is just a short five minute walk away from the beach - making it the perfect space for your next getaway.

Comprised of two floors, on the first you will find the gathering spaces. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open in concept and flow together beautifully. Also on the first level is the first of three bedrooms - a queen suite with attached bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second level: one bedroom consists of a king primary suite with attached bathroom, and the final bedroom sleeps four guests in two twin beds that each have a twin trundle. Outside on the back porch, enjoy the serenity of the surrounding foliage, fauna, and a lagoon view (and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee).

You'll find yourself immersed in the Kiawah lifestyle as soon you arrive, and you'll leave with memories of a vacation that you could never forget. We can't wait to host!

Overall, this was an excellent property. My only two suggestions would be consideration of some type of window treatment in the den because the sun glares in quite harshly during the middle of the day, and the dining room seating is fairly worn. Otherwise, the location, overall condition of the home, and the fact that it is dog friendly were excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous west beach summer vacation

The property is in an extremely convenient location for the beach and getting on and off Kiawah. Our kids rode bikes everywhere including the beach, night heron and the sanctuary. We absolutely loved unwinding here!

The home was very nice there are certainly things that could be done to improve the stay. We arrived later in the evening there were no lights on and because Kiawah is a natural Preserve it is really pitch black if you arrive after dark. Notifying people of this in advance would certainly be helpful Some of the information that was left in the unit was incorrect the Wi-Fi password was different on each of the info sheets one said no pets the other said pets were allowed. There were no snacks when you arrived which is strange every time I have rented elsewhere there has been a small basket of snacks. The dining room chairs are old stained and ripped. Cushions on the couch were also stained. The bedrooms were nice beds were comfortable Linens were a good quality

If you book with VRBO. Beware you are charged twice for the booking fee, once with VRBO and once with local management company. I now know to go direct and skip VRBO.

Great Location!!!

Another beautiful week in Kiawah! Loved the location of this property, easy walk to the beach or we could also drive there and park in the lot and unload all the beach paraphernalia. Just a couple of improvements could be made, the back door needs repaired or replaced, it was difficult to open and close. Also, don't bother using the dishwasher soap provided, had to wash everything again on the first load but once we used our Cascade everything was clean. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home and enjoy our vacation in Kiawah.
