Seas the Day is a semi-oceanfront 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath with gorgeous ocean views. We are approximately 11 miles up the beach which takes about 30 minutes to get to.

Getting to the OBX during the weekend is both busy and eats up a lot of time. Avoid the traffic and start your vacation early by booking a Friday vacation rental through us. Since weekends are less busy on the beach, you'll have it just about to yourself. Less time in traffic and more time with your family - that's what vacation is all about!

For those of you who seek adventure and are looking for wide, uncrowded sandy beaches, the 4x4 is the place for you. Our spacious semi-oceanfront home has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms; all of the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There are 5 king-size bedrooms and two full bunk rooms. The home has a reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances. If you'd rather cook outdoors, we have a gas and charcoal grill.

Loft: A desk if you have to work or a comfy chair if you want to relax

Have fun in the pool or work on your tan on the lounge chairs. Relax in the hot tub and watch the stars at night. Eat dinner at the table next to the grill.

The theatre is great for the kids when it's raining outside or you just need a little break from the sun.

Linens are provided.

A welcome bag with starters of paper towels (2), toilet paper (8), small (20) and large (10) garbage bags, dish detergent (1-16 oz), dishwasher tabs (10) and a scouring pad is included. Since these are only starters, you may need to purchase extra to get you through your stay.

We are just a short (4-minute) walk or drive to the ocean.

It is not uncommon to have the wild horses come right up to the house, but please remember to stay at least 50 feet away. The decks offer an amazing place to view them.

Please remember that a 4WD is a must on this beach. The four-wheel-drive beaches are not for everyone, but if you want the unique experience of driving on the sand in an untouched, undeveloped and desolate region, then look no further. Most people do not leave the 4x4 too often during their stay. They may only leave once or twice throughout their visit to restock supplies. There are no restaurants or grocery stores on the 4x4, so make sure to get your supplies before you hit the sand!

Please note: There is a Ring Doorbell at the entry of the house.

**Starting in 2025, we will have an external security camera located in the carport of the home.
