We're just a scenic walk through the trails to Gear Garden, a vibrant local spot featuring live music, food trucks, events, and even a cozy on-site coffee shop.

Property is everything described and more! GREAT location - very private and very close to everything you want to do in NWA! Owners were wonderful to work with - made check in and out easy and provided tips about the home and about things to do. Attention was paid to every detail - the design of the home and the small items you might forget that they have ready for you! Just book it, show up and enjoy! We will be back - and not just once! Thanks!!

Above & Beyond Expectations

I can't say enough about Terry's place. It's beautiful, comfortable, tranquil, has a wonderful backyard, and is well-located. But, what really makes Terry's place standout is how much thought he's put into giving his guests an awesome experience. Most people with a vacation rental are cheap. So, they give renters the bare minimum, either because they don't want their amenities to get stolen, or they don't want to spend the money. But, Terry is at the opposite end of that spectrum. There are bottles of water in the fridge, soap & shampoo, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. The garage has a great screwdriver set, in case they're needed. There's deer food to feed the deer...nearly a dozen inner tubes for floating the creek or going to the pool, water shoes to wear in the river, et al. And to top it all, Terry is a gem of a human being. He truly cares about the people that vacation at his home. I've stayed at more expensive & luxurious rentals, but I've never seen anyone go above & beyond like him.

Spring Break

We LOVED this house! Great location; not far from Bentonville and Roger’s and very close to hiking trails, streams, waterfalls, etc. Also close enough to do day trips to other Arkansas sites (this year we went as far as Murfreesboro). Hosts had everything ready for us including a snack basket! Our kids loved the ability to set out food for deer and even watch the deer come up to the property. Great amenities and made it feel like home for us and our three kiddos!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners had everything available and were very thoughtful of what they provided. We also enjoyed watching the family of deer visit in the evenings.

Great house and location!

The house was clean and comfortable! Loved being in the woods and the deck. A short drive to Bentonville and Coler to hit the trails for the day and then was nice to come back and relax on the deck! Loved seeing the deer in the morning. Communication was excellent!

So comfortable!

We had an impromptu visit to the area, and our usual rental was booked. This was available, so we booked it. This location was perfect, it felt so private. We had a chat with a sweet neighbor while walking our pups. The bed, was oh so comfy! Thank you!

Newly renovated. Modern, VERY nice, and VERY clean. Well equipped kitchen, EXTRA amenities you don't expect. only mins from Walmart and bike trails. Great view out back. we enjoyed the firepit. We saw deer out back several times during our stay. the owners are THE BEST! very responsive - He replies within minutes. We love your home- thank you for letting us enjoy our Mother's day weekend in your beautiful home!

Great Location and Property

My friends and I have stayed at numerous places and this was one of the best. The location was central to all of the outings that we had planned, and was a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything we needed was available to us and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place for a girls weekend or a family vacation.

We’re Gavin and Terry Hill, a couple with a serious case of wanderlust and love for the outdoors. We would love to host you so that you can get to experience the amazing trails and wildlife and so much more that NW Arkansas has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Guests will have access to the whole house that sleeps 6 people (1 King bed and 2 Queen beds). The patio spans across the entire back of the house where you are sure to see the Deer that visit daily and other wildlife.

A firepit and BBQ area is available. There is also a bike repair station setup in the garage. Parking in the garage and on the drive for 3 cars.

Whether you are visiting the Mountain Biking Capital of The World to take advantage of all the trails, here to see the beautiful change of season and wildlife, or simply to relax and recharge, there is plenty to do.

Besides the awesome mountain biking trails everywhere, golfing, kayaking and hiking here are some of our other favorite things to do:

Attractions:

Gear Garden: Very unique beer garden surrounded by miles of dirt and paved trails, the Gear Garden offers live music and a great atmosphere for hikers and bikers. Gear Garden is an easy ride or hike from the house.

Peel Museum: Historic Italianate family home is a museum with artifacts dating back to the 1800s. Visit the gorgeous botanical garden that surrounds the Museum. Explore the seven gardens.

The Railyard Bike Park: World-class bike park in Rogers with various elements allowing riders of any skill level to enjoy the park.

Bentonville First Friday: Each month Bentonville celebrates with a huge block party in the Bentonville square which is only 7miles from the house. Food trucks, breweries, live music and so much more. You will find many local businesses with booths to visit. Runs from 11am-9pm.

Tanyard Creek Trail & Waterfall: The Tanyard Creek Trail is a great hiking trail that is right in the heart of Bella Vista. The trail is an easy hike, and offers a bit of everything: creeks, lakes, waterfalls, bridges, cascades, a bit of history, and abundant bird life.
