I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay, as I like to give guests their space. However, we always answer promptly should you have any questions or any issues should arise.

The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and friendly. You’ll often see neighbors out jogging, walking their dogs, or enjoying a stroll with their families. We kindly ask that guests respect the serene atmosphere of the community. This home is best suited for relaxing stays rather than large, lively or noisy gatherings. To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we use noise monitors that alert us if sound levels become too high. If needed, we’ll kindly request adjustments to ensure the tranquility of the space.



We provide access through a digital lock and code. You will receive check in instructions with the code prior to your arrival. This code will not work until the time of your reservation, however.

This is Definitely a Home away from Home. Very comfortable with all the amenities you will need. Highest speed WiFi, blankets, smart Tv's, indoor laundry, plethora of appliances and cookware. An outdoor area for sitting with a fenced in yard for your pet

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs. Limit of 3 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. Note that the garage door has sensors, which means if you close garage door at the pad and then attempt to exit before it closes, you must step over the laser to avoid reversing the door direction. This is a safety feature that prevents the door from closing on someone or something. Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic.
