Must be at least 25 years older to book this vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. Low profile building. 9 floors and we are located on the 7th floor.

PARKING PASS MANDATORY OR ELSE YOU’LL BE TOWED

U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 
New boardwalk/walkway to the beach has been installed.

All three locations are available year round. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Ocean or on the Great Lakes. Heroes Retreat 3 is a direct GULF FRONT condo with wonderful unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. For those not used to this "gulf front" lingo, this is what an ocean view condo is on any of the other coast, but better! The water is an array of teals and the soft, white, quartz crystal sand that feels great on your feet. This type of sand isn’t found everywhere. If you have traveled from the Gulf of Alabama to the Gulf side of Florida then you know this is the most perfect sand.

Everything you need for a great vacation is close by from souvenirs, groceries and entertainment to great restaurants. You can just walk across the street to a great local restaurant, the grocery store, seafood market or the ice cream shop.

Perfect for couples and families alike. Amenities include; a beach-side pool with hot tub, gazebo, wooden boardwalk to access the beach with an outdoor shower, bicycle racks, beach-side grills, restrooms located at the pool and a fully stocked kitchen. For those of you that are new to staying at a vacation rental, you might wonder what fully stocked means? It means you don't have to bring pots, pans, a griddle, utensils, dishes, kitchen gadgets, etc. It's all here for you and I pride myself on this. Anything to make your stay more efficient and your packing list a little shorter. We know how important coffee is to many of our guest, so there’s even a Keurig two-in-one that does drip coffee and K-cups, coffee grinder, frother & French press.

So what do you have to bring?
Your Gulf front reservation includes a starter set of items. This means a Young Living non-toxic Lemon scented hand soap at each sink, 1 roll of toilet paper, one 13 gallon & one 4 gallon(grocery store size) trash bag per trash can and 1 roll of paper towel. This gets you started upon check in. Some guest pack these items so they don’t have to go to the store to replenish them and take away from time on the beach.

You'll need to bring your food, snacks, spices/seasonings, coffee, K-cups, bathing suits, beach towels, laundry soap, dish & dishwasher soap, beach chairs, a hat, sunscreen, beach toys, beach blanket, beach cover-up, flip-flops, phone chargers and a reusable water bottle. (There’s a Zero Water filtered pitcher in the condo)

Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towel and wash cloths are provided per guest on the reservation. NO more than 6 guest. Linens and towels are not replenished like a hotel. A washer & dryer are conveniently located right in our unit for you to use to wash them if needed.
****You must request the sleeper sofa sheets if needed.****

Just upgraded! Brand new, secure pool fencing and entry gates. This area is only accessible by key fob. The key fobs will be in the condo, on the counter, along with your parking pass upon check-in. There is a $40 fee charged if you lose a key fob. Your parking pass and cleaning, prior to your check-in are included with your stay. If you're on an extended stay (7 days or more) and require a mid-stay clean, it can be requested. This fee is your responsibility.

There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent, as well as jet skis, parasailing, bikes, paddleboards and much more available in the area. A company sets up umbrellas & chairs right on the beach in front of our building. They can be rented by the day or the duration of your stay. No hassle for you. They take care of it all. The other option is to bring your own beach chairs or purchase at various stores close by. Some guest just put the beach chairs back in the car when they are done on the beach for the day rather than bringing them up every night to the condo. This helps with less sand in the condo too! Items must be removed from the beach every night per city code.

-Cleaned with Young Living non-toxic/fragrance free cleaning products. No plug-ins, no candles, no toxic air fresheners and no scented garbage bags are used in this unit. Curious as to why and need more info? Curious why you always have headaches around any of those scented items, just ask me. I can talk about clean living all day long.
-Two air purifiers to keep the air clean & circulating. This is a great backup plan for some white noise if you need that to sleep.
-Keyless entry to front door of condo is convenient.
-Elevators upgraded winter of 2022.
-Washer/Dryer right in the unit and free to use for small loads.
-Condo has automatic hurricane shutter.
-Condo has upgraded, top-rated sliding glass door.
-WiFi is complimentary. Entire building went through cable/internet upgrade winter of 2022. 24/7/365 Support.
-I’m here to help you pre-booking all the way through your stay and then to help you book a repeat stay because you’ll love the view.
-Use of Zero Water filtered pitcher for the cleanest drinking water.
-Did I mention the view yet?
-The built in bunks have a pocket door that can separate them from the living room. This helps out for naps, early risers, night owls and little ones.
-Kitchen table seats 4. Counter area seats 2
-Polywood balcony furniture is a major upgrade. This is premium outdoor seating. No flimsy plastic chairs here. The pieces are safe and sturdy. Only the best for my guest. Please see photos for reference. High top table and seating for 4. Two of the seats can even be used as foot stools. There’s even a lounger to get your daily dose of Vitamin Sea. 🌊 The view is like being on a cruise without the motion sickness. A perfect spot to dine al fresco. We even have dinnerware and drinkware that can be taken out to the balcony.
-Dolphin viewing right from the balcony. Bring your binoculars!
-We are available year-round. Snowbirds welcome.
-Just an elevator ride down, take a few steps and you’ll have your toes in the sand.
-Pool & hot tub for residents and guest only. Key fob to be used for entry to the pool area.
-Fridge/Microwave/Dishwasher/Stove/Oven/Washer/Dryer
-Need a fan to sleep? There’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and in the living room. Also a desktop fan if that's what you might need to get your best sleep while away from home.
-Bedroom closet has plenty of space to hang clothing & store items. More than 50 hangers. Clear storage containers on top of the closet shelving.
-Hallway dresser full of books, puzzles & brand new games.
-Various DVD's for kids, adults & holiday themed ones too!
-Tile flooring throughout entire condo.
-Newly paved biking & walking paths along the main road.
-Sea Turtle season May-October(hence special lighting on all the Gulf buildings so the turtles go toward the moon & not the artificial lighting)More info available at the GS Visitors Center.

Nice week long getaway
Nice property with gorgeous beach view and a very responsive host. The washer/dryer broke early in our stay and our host did all she could to make the situation better for us including offering free nights at the unit on a return trip. Thanks, Jen!

Enjoyed our stay
The apartment is small but certainly adequate space for a couple. Apartment squeaky clean. Kitchen well stocked with dishes etc needed. All appliances clean and good working order. I went with 2 small plastic tubs with condiments, salt pepper, plastic bags, plastic wrap etc. kept from having to purchase. Owner very responsive and helpful. I certainly will consider returning but will do a bit more checking for similar space for price, especially at time when the area is not at busy time. A good time despite rain for 2 days.

Our overall experience with our stay in Gulf Shores was amazing! Jen was the best host we have experienced in all of the years we have used VRBO! She was beyond helpful before our visit, as well as during our visit. The condo itself was perfect for our family. The kitchen cabinet/drawers are fully stocked with everything you need for meals, the king bed was comfortable and the condo has an amazing view of the gulf! I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Gulf Shores. Jen has created this condo to be a home away from home for anyone that visits!

Spring Breakers
We took our kids for the week during their break. It was our first spring break out of town! We had a great time and the location to the beach was perfect! It was easy to go for a morning walk, day at the beach, and stop in to the pool. My youngest two loved the little bunk beds. We would definitely recommend this condo. Jen was so great with all the info shared before we left and keeping up in the loop with all the hot spots to go this week!

Although it's a one bedroom the property sleeps 6!!! How?!? Well, there's a set of built-in bunks with twin sized mattresses and a ladder. In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper. Have another group of family or friends joining you? We can refer to another host we know that also owns in the building.
