Our beautiful Stillwater Lake House is completely remodeled and updated! Everything is new, clean and modern, decorated to be cozy and comfortable.

-Extra beds give flexibility in adding sleeping space for kids, or leaving rooms private for adults. NO BUNKBEDS!

1) Primary bedroom with lake views: King bed/fold away twin bed
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed
3) Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin daybed with hybrid mattress, pack-n-play also available
4) Pull-out twin couch in the private office.
5) Theater room couch makes into a full-sized bed.

***All of our sleeping areas have doors that close for privacy. No one is sleeping in common areas.***

SINGLE LEVEL HOME
-Great for families with small children or seniors
-No steps inside to the bedrooms, bathrooms, or main living areas.
-There is one step going down into the theater room, but there is a grab bar there for support.
-Also a grab bar for the single step down to the back patio.
-Grab bars are installed in the walk-n shower and half-bath.


PARKING
-Plenty of parking, up to 4 cars allowed.
-Parking is right by the front door, with NO STEPS coming into the house, easy to load and unload.

Our guests have complete access to the entire home and property. Over half an acre with abundant parking and a large open backyard with direct lake access.

Play all day-- we have 6 kayaks, a canoe, a pedal boat, and a fishing boat available to use. Enjoy lunch on the picnic table by the lake and a game of corn hole with the kids. Make dinner inside using our gourmet kitchen or outside on the patio with the gas grill, lounging at our new spacious outdoor dining table. Toast marshmallows and tell stories around the fire pit at night.

You'll also have access to our warm-weather community amenities: within easy walking distance (two houses away) to a sandy beach, outdoor basketball court and children's playground. Nearby there's a pickle ball/tennis court and a boat launch. We provide a set of 4 pickle ball paddles and balls; if you haven't tried this fun sport yet, it's time to start!

Venture out to the beautiful Poconos outdoors and enjoy our hiking trails and waterfalls: Hiking trails and Waterfalls: Delaware Water Gap, Bushkill Falls (The Niagara of PA), Dingmans Falls, Raymondskill Falls, Hawks Falls, Tumbling Waters Falls ...just to name a few!

Your safety and security are our top priority!
-This home is in private, secure community. There is a security checkpoint at the entry to the community. You must be a registered guest or homeowner to enter.
-The door code is changed for each guest.
-The home is equipped with fire and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
-The home has several exterior security cameras; one at the doorbell, one looking towards the driveway, and one on each side of the house. They do not look into any interior spaces! We use them to check on maintenance and safety issues only, since we manage the property remotely. Your privacy is very important to us, and we will only review camera footage if there is an issue to be addressed.
