Family-friendly lake house with spectacular views overlooking the deep waters of Toledo Bend Lake.

Unwind, escape, and enjoy the unbelievable views of Toledo Bend Lake in this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath lake house, which comfortably sleeps 12. Wake up to a beautiful lake view right from the coziness of the master bedroom. This well-equipped home has free WIFI, all major appliances including a washer
and dryer, TVs in every bedroom, 1 in the living room, and one on the patio. It’s also furnished with a full-home generator in case of power outages, and 3 boat ramps are all within 1 mile of the home. It’s only 10 minutes from Toledo Town and 6 minutes to the newly-opened Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park. There are surround sound speakers throughout the camp, and security cameras and surveillance for your added safety and protection. Take a break from the heat while observing a full view of the lake in the beautifully hand-crafted cedar bar and lounge. A game room equipped with a pool table and arcade machines are sure to provide additional entertainment for the entire family.

Some additional amenities you can expect while on the property are an opportunity to relax and fish with family and friends while enjoying the scenery and the majestic sunsets from the spacious 4000 sq. ft. boathouse. For those who enjoy cooking, the boathouse also offers a full kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove, cookware, utensils, a full size fridge, a commercial ice machine, a fish cleaning station and a hot
water on demand system for easy clean up. A dining room set, picnic tables, a large ceiling fan, and lounge chairs are also provided for your enjoyment. The entire boat house is also fenced in as a safety feature for families with small children. You do not need to haul a boat to enjoy the fishing that this lake has to offer because the boathouse alone is ideal for fishing and entertaining and includes a private and
fully-brushed fishing hole equipped with LED lights, which also provides our guests with nighttime fishing adventures.

Unfortunately, it’s not rentable as a venue for receptions or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Easter Get Away

We had a great time at this camp. Our group had age ranges from 72 to 1 and everyone had a great time! The boat dock is great and the views are incredible. Would recommend this camp to anyone who is going to Toledo Bend

Great camp!

We greatly enjoyed this camp! The pool table was a hit, and the camp was beautiful, well furnished, everything you will need. The dock is extremely spacious, and we caught a few fish from the dock. There’s a large ice machine on the dock and convenient fish cleaning station. We did not use the outside cooking facilities, but I can imagine that would be great for a large group. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at this camp which has a luxury feel. The interior was clean and well furnished. We caught fish off the dock with shiners. Overall it was a very relaxing getaway weekend for our family. We will definitely return!
