The application fee of $40.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A utility security deposit of $500 for every 15 nights of the rental period, commencing on day one, is required when signing the agreement.

The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for six. The dining area features additional seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Kitchen-Aid french door refrigerator. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is next to entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, a 60-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, a natural gas fireplace, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

Suite 2 is next to master suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 40-inch Emerson Smart television, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a shower and bathtub combo with a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the master suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 55-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink. Casita Suite 4 is located to the right of the main home entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, 48-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. This separate casita has its own coffee nook with a Keurig coffee maker, mugs, beverage and wine cooler, and wine glasses. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink.

The upper-level terrace, accessible through the stairway, offers a 180-degree view of the desert's mountains. You can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets from this spot.
