Grande maison de 3 étages avec une charmante décoration mexicaine, piscine privée et jardin

Spacieux 3 étages à seulement 2 pùtés de maisons de la plage et à 10 minutes à pied de la place de la ville. Décor mexicain charmant, belle piscine privée et jardin. Le premier étage est une grande salle ouverte spacieuse avec une grande cuisine bien équipée, salle à manger pour 8, salon avec une télévision à écran plat / DVD, une connexion Wi-Fi, et beaucoup d'équipements. Il y a un téléphone pour les appels locaux seulement. Le troisiÚme étage est une suite de maßtre avec de grandes portes coulissantes sur les balcons des deux cÎtés et laisse une belle brise croisée. Il y a aussi une immense douche dans la salle de bain privée. Le deuxiÚme étage dispose de 3 chambres dont une avec salle de bain privée et deux chambres se partagent une salle de bain.

Le jardin et la piscine Ă  l'arriĂšre est l'endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre. Une grande table avec 5 chaises et 3 chaises longues pour votre confort. Le toit dispose d'un coin salon oĂč vous pourrez admirer la vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Notre directeur parlant anglais peut vous aider Ă  avoir des vacances parfaites. Fabulously decorated space inside and out. The private pool was clean and a highlight of our stay. The kitchen included water, some ground coffee, and all of the equipment we needed. The host responded to questions quickly and thoughtfully. We booked Airport transfers, private chef and smirking snorkeling through the host. AC worked well in the downstairs and sleeping rooms. We were delighted with our stay and would go back.

Wonderful property - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very very lovely. Loved our stay, plenty of room for us all to spread out. Very good location. There was some building work taking place opposite but that wasn’t fault of property. Walking distance to town square which is very pretty, good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

There is only AC in the bedrooms, so it was hot in the main living & kitchen area. Ceiling fans helped a lot. The location is perfect. Close to beach & town. We rented bikes and rode all over town. Abbey del Sol is one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with.

The layout was perfect for our multi-generational (ages 1 1/2 - 79) family vacation. Lots of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our trips to the beach plus Tulum, Coba, a couple Cenotes, and Playa del Carmen. All our meals were delicious and the restaurants provided and wide array of cuisines. Puerto Morelos is great vacation spot to relax, enjoy the weather and not need a car.

Fabulous house, above & beyond rental company

Beautiful home and outdoor patio/pool with plenty of space for extended family. Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the third floor where they could escape the noise and chaos of our young children. Perfect location - less than 5 minute stroll to the beach, 1/2 mile to the town square - close enough to walk anywhere you want to be, but far enough from the noise and bustle of the town. Puerto Morelos is a fabulous place to visit if you're traveling with young children! Abby del Sol rental company is truly the best - so helpful and prompt with questions, coordinating taxis, recommendations for restaurants and activities. You may want to pack an eye mask as some of the rooms have thin curtains and the lights around the house at night are bright. Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Couldn't imagine any place better.

The perfect property!

We were excited about staying at Abbey del Sol from the moment we booked it, and when we arrived, it was even more charming than the online listing. Spotlessly clean, the AC worked well (we needed it!), with a beautiful pool, large bedrooms, relaxing gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. We traveled to Puerto Morales for a family member's wedding. Our group was three generations: my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 11 & 13. The boys (young & older) spent hours in the pool, and when we weren't exploring the cute shops and local restaurants (all within a few minutes walk), they were at the beach, only 2 blocks away. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the neigborhood and the water, and lots of balconies on each level to enjoy the out of doors. The management was very responsive and booked airport transportation for us and to several other venues. Be assured, if you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

After a warm welcome, we went to the house with Jin. Casa Mulder met our exepectations. We found it well equipped and no problem occured during our stay. Convenient located near the beach and just an easy walk to the center. Abby del Sol staff helped us a lot during our 8 days stay regarding booking of the 8-hours fishing tour with Capt. Carmen, snorkling with Capt. Crispy Bacon and Berta, and the daytrip, (van droven by Hector) to Tulumm Maya site and swimming in Tortuga Cenote. Would like to come back, but it's a long flight from Norway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, but the Abbey del Sol group and Casa Mulder far exceeded our expectations. As three couples that largely prepare meals at home, this was the best stocked kitchen ever.Even the utility had shelves with ovenware and small appliances. For those that do not cook, there so many other special touches.....master bdm coffee station, beach totes with your towels, all the paper products and personal care items were included and refreshed after the first week. And the house itself was wonderfully laid out for both family time and personal reading space. We also spent a lot of time around the pool. The only negative we had was the living room sofa was broken down and almost unusable. Based on how the home is cared for, I’m sure that will soon be replaced.
