O&O Group – Beachside Villa w/ Private Jacuzzi

O&O Group villas are the perfect place to stay in Rishon Lezion.

This stylish home is set over three floors and has been meticulously designed with all the luxury furnishings.

The Space:

Our villa consists of a modern and well-equipped kitchen space, which connects to a spacious and luxurious living room from which you can go out to a hospitality garden that includes a jacuzzi that is suitable for the hot summer days. On the same floor there is a master bedroom with toilet and shower, for your convenience.

From there you can go up to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms and a shower room and in addition to all this, there is a third floor that includes a huge master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the park and another small bedroom.



Guest Access:

The entire villa and everything in the villa is available for guests and they are welcome to use and enjoy everything the apartment has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

A pastoral country house neighborhood surrounds the villa on the border between Rishon Lezion and Bat Yam.



There are bus lines right next to the villa that go everywhere in the center.



The neighborhood has plenty of parking spaces that you can find on the street and for free.



The villa is really close to the beach, 10 minutes (!) walk.



Within walking distance of the neighborhood are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, there are several bus lines that reach the villa area. In addition, if you have a car, there is plenty of free parking near the villa.

Important reminders:



1. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Israeli residents will be charged an additional VAT of 18% on the total booking price. For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



3. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation. Please ensure you meet this requirement before submitting your booking request.
