The entire home has been remodeled and the yard entirely re-landscaped.

All the rooms are bright and feature stylish & comfortable furnishings, new linens, towels, appliances, and cookware.

This is the place for your family’s gatherings while you get ready for graduation, a wedding, or any other special family event. The house is also a great space to relax, reset and revive yourself. Take the opportunity for an escapade with friends, a stay-cation or a convenient place for your work trip.

We’ve designed the house to give you and your loved ones an ideal space to create unforgettable memories.

The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces have been arranged so that you have the choice to be together with your guests or to spread out.
Everyone will be able to find their favorite spot and enjoy!

Indoors
The layout is very functional and at the same time the house feels like a sanctuary / retreat that is cozy, fresh and peaceful.

Rooms include:

5 bedrooms (including a master in suite), 4 bathrooms (including 2 bathtubs), multiple living & entertainment areas including 2 dining rooms, a game / tv room, and a beautiful sunroom. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for holiday meals or simply to enjoy a drink at the coffee bar.

Children’s amenities are available for them to have fun and keep them safe.   Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Please be sure to include them when booking.

Outdoors
We landscaped both the front and the backyard with local / indigenous plants, a balance of stones and greens with the intention to provide our guests with a feeling of serenity and comfort.  The patio offers a dining area for 12, a lounge area for 8 and a gas BBQ.

At the edge of the forest, you’ll find a smokeless Solo fire pit, outdoor sitting, and lighting.

The property has ample off-street parking in the front and the back of the house.

We had a very comfortable stay! The hosts are very responsive and helpful, and the house is well-stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with great indoor spaces.

Perfect house for a family get together. Communication with Chad was great. House is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, plush towels, many seating areas. Wonderful backyard. Very close to Wake Forest. Awesome stay!

Great Home for Families

The home was fantastic. Multiple floors for family units to spread out. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a picturesque view from the morning breakfast table. The kitchen is well appointed and the Nesspresso was a treat! 5 stars all around. We rent often and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

This NC Vrbo has quickly become a favorite for us, as we’ve now stayed here twice and can’t wait to return. The home is incredibly well-kept, spacious, and immaculately clean. It has a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts are fantastic—always quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and hospitality really sets this place apart. Beautiful home with tons of space inside and out

Came to Winston for a mini Wake Forest reunion. Had 10 in the house, and never felt crowded. Don’t let the photos fool you - it’s 3 stories with 5 proper bedrooms! Back yard was an added bonus! Great for spending time in during warm fall days!

UVA Football Weekend

We all had a delightful weekend visiting Winston-Salem for the Wake Forest vs Virginia Football Game. We love this very clean residence and we had all the comforts of home. Sadly all participants had to leave Sunday so our stay was short. Property is large and beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the large sunroom off of the kitchen. We gathered there often during our stay. This is a very nice property and should not be missed when staying in Winston-Salem.

Fantastic house for large group!

In town for a soccer tournament. Team was able to stay together in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone! Host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out times which was extremely helpful. Superbly furnished. Delicious coffee station, comfortable beds, and space for the tram to gather and hang out.

The Perfect Destination

Our experience is exactly why we love the Vrbo option. We were in town for Parents Weekend and this house gave us a welcoming place to convene over coffee and conversation with our son and another couple in town. Welcoming and well located, I recommend this home without hesitation. The hosts made sure the logistics were smooth as silk including local recommendations.

Amazing property!

Wow and wow! We had a wonderful weekend at Bethabara Forest. Can't say enough good things. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. We especially loved the sunroom! The yard is beautifully landscaped. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, yet close to stores and restaurants. Chad responded within a few minutes to my inquiries. It was really one of my best experiences renting a home.

Very impressed!!

This house was Very Very clean and had everything needed for our long weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Lots of things to do on the property if you're just looking to hang around (board games, nice large outside dinning area, fire pit with chairs around and wood). Lots of storage for food one fridge on the main floor with the kitchen and an extra one in the family room. The host was very quick with communication and kept making sure everything what good throughout my stay. I can not say enough how clean this house was! Oh, and the coffee bar, couldn't get any better!!

Wonderful property

Our family traveled to the area for a wedding and we rented this house instead of staying in a hotel. We are so glad we did! The house is beautiful, well equipped and it suited our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed all of the games for family game night as well as the sunroom and the fire pit which were perfect places for us to gather. Host check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home! We had a family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone! Many hours were spent taking in the fresh air in this parklike setting, complete with wildlife spotting…we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee while looking out the picture window, watching a plethora of colorful birds gather at the feeder below!! The owners were very accommodating. We didn’t want to leave!!!

Wonderful family home

This property proved to be the perfect place to stay for our visit to Winston-Salem. It was charming and well-appointed, without being fussy. The kitchen was well equipped. The fire pit was fun, and there is a plenty of outdoor space. The neighborhood is serene, but not far from every convenience. We were 11--2 grandparents, two children, their spouses, and a total of five grandchildren, ages 6 through 11 months--and we all had adequate space. We've already said that if we return to Winston-Salem with a large group, this will be the first place we try to reserve.

The best Experience!

Chad and Kami are the ultimate hosts - kind, responsive, and prepared. I could not have asked for a better location or amenities than those provided at their house just minutes from Wake Forest University. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was the very best it could be, which made our group's stay an absolute pleasure. Perfect Spot in Winston

Our family was in town for a close family member’s funeral. Chad was my primary contact and from the first time we spoke to the last, Chad was kind, helpful and got back to me promptly. The home is lovely - in a lovely neighborhood with a lovely yard. Everything we needed and more was there. The bedrooms were terrific and everything was clean and in order. The kitchen was well appointed and the spaces to visit with friends and family were perfect! From the screened outdoor porch, outdoor dining and fire pit areas to the spacious interior with lots of places to sit and converse. The neighborhood was quiet and we had ample spaces for parking all of our vehicles. We had a couple of snafus on our end and Chad was always thoughtful and helpful. Great location with everything you need from groceries, pharmacies, dining & visiting area sights. All around one of the best VRBO experiences ever and I am a regular VrBO renter. Chad made us feel welcome and cared for during a difficult family time. Thank you so much Chad for being there for us. We wish you and yours the best during this holiday season and we will definitely rent again when we return to Winston.Thank you, thank you! Sandra

A perfectly serene stay

Our recent stay at this charming Vrbo in Winston-Salem was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful surroundings and the welcoming ambiance of the property. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The home itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor space. The well-maintained garden and serene patio area offered a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening chats. It truly felt like a private retreat. Location-wise, the property is ideally situated. We were just a short drive away from downtown Winston-Salem, where we enjoyed exploring local shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. Yet, we were always happy to return to our quiet haven at the end of each day. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made a significant difference. Overall, we highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone

The perfect getaway with family!

We loved our stay here in Winston. The house is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our large family. Plenty of things to do when not exploring the city - we had bonfires, played games, hosted family dinners, and enjoyed the beautiful views. This was a 5 star rental and we would recommend to anyone interested in a vacation n Winston!

We love the outdoors and yet, don't want to be too far away from the comforts of a warm home and the excitement of a lively city. Bethabara Forest is all that and more.

With ample outdoor space, you can cozy up to the solo stove fire pit comfortably hidden away in the forested back yard, or enjoy drinks and a meal around the outdoor lounge area.

For the indoor types, enjoy mornings with your coffee around the hand made French Oak table in the den as you look out the bay window and watch deer, rabbits, squirrels and fox romp around the forest.

Looking for a bit more fun and games, dive into the basement for a movie on the 75' TV, play a round of darts or foosball with the kids, crank up the PS4 for some hardcore digital gaming, or enjoy a board game with the whole family.
