Wonderful stay
WeMy husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a central location and felt safe. We were greeted with balloons and birthday cake since the stay was over my birthday. Very thoughtful touches! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Great Stay!!
Easier then checking in to a hotel!!! Very clean and neat condo with a great breeze during the day. Host was very quick with responses and very helpful!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away!!

We stayed here for a week and the host was very pleasant. She helped guide us on a car rental and provided some names of taxi services until we picked up the car. The places was super cute.

Our stay was amazing! This rental was very clean, comfortable and affordable. It was stocked with everything you would need plus some. The Host was very pleasant, available and accommodating. Even gave us great recommendations on places to eat and visit during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This property is very dated and partially updated. Getting in was difficult because the lock box was old and stuck. The air conditioning consist of only one small conditioner in the bedroom that couldn’t even keep the bedroom cool. The electrical outlets are dangerous. You have to use your phone in the kitchen for it to work. The internet was intermittent. Entry door and all others and drawers didn’t shut due to humidity. The water stopped flowing for several hours. This place was horrible. We got there late the first night and moved out the next day!!!! We asked for a refund and I certainly hope this will happen!!!!!

This review is inaccurate & does not reflect what occurred. We have maintained an excellent rating prior to this guest. Upon arrival, the guest was disrespectful, using profanity unprovoked. An hour after arrival, the guest requested to leave via the VRBO app, stating: “Air conditioning inadequate, doors & drawers don't operate properly, internet very slow, overall condition just not what we expected.” He never mentioned water issues, dangerous outlets, or safety concerns. The condo is advertised accurately w/ photos, all of which were available for review prior to booking. The only difference is the bthrm remodel, which no other guest had seen or experienced. All units receive city water, & there were no water service interruptions affecting the 36-unit complex. Additionally, the claim that the electrical outlets are dangerous is false. All outlets are fully functional, with no prior complaints. The wifi service depends on external providers and is outside of our control. Regarding phone service, the cellular signal varies by location on the island. To be helpful, we told the guest that the best place to make & receive calls is in the bedroom, not the kitchen. The listing clearly states that AC is available only in the bedroom. The rest of the condo remains naturally cool due to trade winds. The lockbox is less than a year old, & successfully used by guests; the couple advised they were older and hard of hearing while instructions were being provided.

Birthday Trip!
I just stayed for a week in this adorable condo! Nykole is the absolute sweetest - she surprised me with a birthday gift and cake! The condo had everything I needed and was just a few minute drive away from a grocery store and gas station. Location was great for everything I had planned to do! I took advantage of the onsite pool a few times and I had it all to myself! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Just as good as a hotel.
I stayed with my 2 daughters. It has a pool. You have the ability to cook your own food. The host was easy to contact and friendly. The fridge had variety of beverage waiting upon arrival. The place is so nice and breezy I only had to use the ac once. The area is very quiet and have personal parking space right in front the door.

Comfortable and convenient
The check in process was slightly stressful as I did not have great cell service on the island and could not see the info in my email. I was able to speak with the host and she was quick to respond. Over all it was a great place, I would recommend!

stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs, railings and painted pool deck are consistent with the rest of the complex needing paint. Power outages are common for island life. If you have expensive electronics such as a laptop or CPAP, I would suggest bringing a small surge protector. Within a day of arrival an outage disabled the refrigerator. Host was quick and pleasant to resolve the problem. By mid day the next day a new fridge was in the unit. Unit comfortable for 2 adults and up to 2 small children.With temperatures in the low 70's, and highs in the 80's, everyone takes advantage of the trade winds by having windows open. The disadvantage is all the outside noise. We experienced road traffic from about 7am to 7pm, cars starting by our bedroom window as early as 6:30 am, neighbors talking on their patios at 2 am, neighborhood dogs barking at 2 am, hearing phone conversations, and wild roosters throughout the island for your wake up call. Bring ear plugs! Host is 5 star. Lack of peace, quiet, & maintenance we give complex 3 star

For clarity, many of the observations in your review relate to shared exterior areas of the condominium complex, which are maintained by the HOA and are outside of our ownership and control. Landscaping, painting of railings, stairwells, and other common elements are managed on a scheduled basis by the association. As hosts, our responsibility is the interior of the unit itself. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable space, including the recently renovated and updated bathroom, which you were among the first guests to enjoy.The shared laundry facility is an optional amenity located separately from the unit. While not attached to the condo, it is available for guest convenience. Regarding noise, island living naturally includes trade winds, wildlife, and community sounds. Our property is positioned off the main road in a residential area, and many previous guests have commented on its quiet and central location. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness and hospitality and remain committed to providing a welcoming and well-maintained interior space for all future guests.

First Nykole is the best host. She met me at the airport to make sure I safely got to the condo while driving on the left side of the road. Not what I was expecting. On the way, she took me by The Chicken Shack so I could get some food after my day and a half of travel. She helped me pick my sides and It all was some of the best I've had. You must try the Stuffing, seasoned rice, Jonny Cakes, and chicken.
Nykole also checked in with me to see how I was in the evening and helped me find information about where to start exploring in the morning.
She also took me to the East End and the East beach one night, helping me take pictures was great, since I'm not good with Selfies.
The Condo was so quiet. I made good use of the fans such that I didn't use the AC. Everything I needed to make meals was in the kitchen, other than the food. I asked where to shop and Nykole said any gas station has the simple things, or a market was just down the road also. There were a few staples like salt, pepper, and oil left from others.
The power did go out the first night for about 45 min, but that is part of being on the island. I did have some wifi issues, but I texted Nykole and she reached out to the company right away and did get it going better.
The pool was refreshing on the hot days. The view was beautiful and I could sit on the patio and enjoy it.
In all, I'm so glad I chose this place to stay. If you don't need fancy but want to relax this is the place to stay. I hope to return
