At a distance of 114 miles away, views of Denali’s mountaintop are visible on a clear day from upstairs. Sleeping lady is seen from the neighborhood as well as the other mountains surrounding the Mat-Su Valley. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can see all kinds of wildlife right out your back door: lynx, moose, herons, cranes, the Aurora borealis in the winter months, and the great outdoors of Alaska await! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the bedrooms are equipped with black out blinds to better suit sleeping during the summer months. Brand new home built in 2018!
