Cute First Floor Apt in Walkable Grandview

This is a first-floor apartment in a two-unit building on a quiet residential street with off-street parking. It is within walking distance of charming Grandview Avenue. We use this apartment to visit family in Columbus since moving out of state. You'll notice it has all the things you would expect if someone actually lived here because we occasionally do. The furniture is comfy and versatile. For example, the kitchen has a height-adjustable table, and an island on wheels, and the family room has a recliner loveseat and dining table with leaf. We've updated the place with new windows, blinds, flooring, decor, and more. This area of town has a ton of great food options (many deliver) and is a quick trip to OSU and downtown. You can also walk to the local cinema, and tavern for live music and trivia nights.

Bookings are managed by our daughter, Jennifer, who lives 20 minutes away. We have the apartment professionally cleaned for our guests. We do require 30-day minimums due to local short-term rental licensing laws.

Health and Safety
The two units in the building do not share any airflow with heating and cooling. The heating and cooling for the apartment are built into the walls (2 gas heating units, 1 AC unit), which means that there is no ductwork. During warmer months, an additional window AC unit is added to the bedroom. The front door to the building goes to a shared interior stairwell with the front door to this apartment and the upstairs apartment. The back door to this apartment opens directly to the outside backyard and has a concrete path to the rear parking lot.
