Villa Santa Juana I is just 30 minutes from San Juan Airport and is centrally located in Caguas, a short drive from downtown, hospitals, university, shopping centers, restaurants. Wi-Fi & parking are included.

A great location!

We came to visit family and this property was perfect. Enough space for the four of us. The kids were so excited to have their own rooms. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Home away from home

We came to PR to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday and this location was perfect. Close enough to family, stores, restaurants and highway. Clean, comfortable and stocked with just about everything you need. Gracias por todo!

Caguas Gem

Fantastic little house, with a close proximity to most tourist areas. Very quiet neighborhood, with a small cafe just around the corner. Grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive.

Nice, clean and convenient. Only 2 blocks from a cute little coffee shop! Close to town! Just wanted to be somewhere in central PR. Cute town, friendly people.

We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plenty to do nearby and if you wanted to do things farther, it was easy thanks to the access to highway. Amenities were there and in working order. I got plenty of rest during night and very relaxing when I spend a lazy day in the house. I will definitely come back. Thanks for everything Modesta and Wilfredo and God Bless you.

Great home

The hosts Modesto and Wilfredo were both so easy to work with and kind. Modesto was always available and checked in a few times to make sure we were all set. Great neighborhood with everything we needed close by! We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay at a convenient place!

Super convenient to Caguas, just a couple minutes from town. Everything was clean and somewhat comfortable. Host was pretty responsive. The WiFi info isn’t correct at the house so we missed out on that. Note that there isn’t AC in the living room/kitchen. Overall, it was a pretty good stay!

Everything would’ve been fine if the power ever came back on! The male owner was informative the female owner was rude and laughed at me over the phone. But the cleaning lady was an angel if her place was up and running we would’ve went there!

Overall, a ok stay. Vrb or host never provided detail about location and information in how to contact host. We couldn't find the location. We didn't have any instruction how to locate and enter the house. The host blame the site not sending info, but I think host is responsible as well to make sure all is taken care of. The host didn't apologize for the issue rather started to blame the listing site.

Dear Roberto, we are very sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you had during your stay with us. However, to begin with the address to the property is provided to every guest upon successful reservation of the property, it is actually a VRBO policy, thus it is not possible that you did not have the address to the property prior to your arrival. Second of all we did send you the check-in instructions on the day of your arrival, Aug 29, at 5:54 PM. Lastly, we did not receive any call or messages from you indicating that you had not received any messages from us prior to your arrival thus allowing us to solve any issues you may have had with checking in. In conclusion, I don’t know who you claim to have spoken to, but we do not, nor have we ever, blamed anyone for anything we may or may not have done. In fact, if we had been made aware of any issues, we would have gone out of our way to resolve it as promptly and professionally as possible.

The traffic was quite tricky wherever we went on the island. GPS is a necessary tool! As for the house that felt like home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality!
