We absolutely loved the place . The beds were all so comfortable! It was newly renovated. Lots of space and lots of parking . It was just perfect for me and my family of four. I highly recommend this property . Very clean and updated .
Great place for four, 4th BR only had a small couch, but futon and sofa downstairs were a fair substitute. Private driveway access was awesome. Overall, great place.
This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
Great one night stay as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Six of us stayed comfortably in the house, had everything we needed (pans, utensils, etc) in the kitchen to make a great breakfast, and we were graciously allowed a late checkout. Would look to book again should we return to the area in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
Nathan was great in answering all questions, he was very helpful, the place was super big and clean very comfortable for me and my kids, everything was in place, and organized!! I will recommend this place and will rent with Nathan again!!!
My daughter and I were in town for her audition at Eastman School of Music. The location was perfect (about 5 minutes from campus) and the property was exactly as described.
Thank you, Nathan for a wonderful stay!
Charming old house that has been nicely remodeled. This visit included six members of my family and we were all very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Close to many restaurants and a short drive to many more. Our host was available to answer all questions. I definitely recommend this if you are needing a place in this area.
Possibly the cleanest house I have ever rented!
The property was as described online. There are a lot stairs to climb; therefore, those with walking challenges may have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. The property is beautiful and perfectly located so as to get to anywhere in the city within 15+ minutes. We were very pleased!
The house was centrally located and incredibly clean and well kept. We were wholly delighted with the little personalized touches to ensure our time was great including supplies and sooo many towels! Itâs the little things that they really paid attention to. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
The house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need Nathan responded quickly to any messages and allowed us to check out an hour later than planned. He was great. The only problem is that the neighborhood is sketchy. He had secure locks on the home but we didn't want to be out after dark.
This property has a lot going for it. There's lots of comfortable. The dining room table is large and sturdy. The furniture is all new and good quality. The washing machine is very new and large. Nine people can stay here for fairly cheap.
There are some downsides:
-The hardwood floors are rough in places and so we didn't go barefoot during our three-night stay because we were afraid of splinters.
-In a similar vein, the floorboards on the stairs move down when you step on them so that the heads of the finishing nails stick up out of the stairs. This was unnerving at first, but we got used to it. It's also easily fixed, which we hope the host does.
-This house does NOT have a dishwasher, despite one being listed as an amenity.
-Maybe related to the last point: there are very few dishes. There were four bowls, for example.
-Our kids found a blueberry and a toy car under the couch in the living room, neither of which were ours.
-The shower head was loose, which made it just hang down (as opposed to being posable) and adversely affected water pressure.
-The neighborhood...looks rough. I don't know if it is or not. We didn't spend much time walking around the neighborhood, but when we did, we didn't have any problems.
-There was a problem at check-in when the last four digits of neither of our phone numbers unlocked the door as they were supposed to, but the host was immediately available to solve the problem when called.
In all, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable.
