The home has keyless entry, via a digital keypad - you will be provided with a code. Please note that there is a noise monitoring device installed to monitor high noise levels to prevent disturbance of the neighborhood. For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside the house. These are located at the main entrance and at the front of the house, which monitors the driveway. By booking, you agree if law enforcement, fire or security personnel visit your vacation home during your stay law Enforcement, fire or security personnel and VALIBERA have the right to have you and anyone staying with you vacate your vacation home without any refund.

You can find the WIFI Code in your bookings section or just ask us about it. We offer Xfinity TV with all major TV Channels in the living area. Feel free to use your own streaming provider like Hulu, Netflix, Prime etc. on all other TVs in the bedrooms. Please make sure that the propane gas tanks are full enough before using the BBQ grill or the fire pit table. No events or parties are allowed at this house! No gathering of more than max allowed number of guests is allowed is monitored strictly.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a mandatory cleaning service will be performed every 28 days. The $350 cleaning fee for each service will be charged to the guest prior to each cleaning.
