The Space
This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,400 square-feet of luxurious open living. Back yard oasis with heated pool, outdoor dining/lounging and waterfront hammocks. An abundance of waterfowl right in your backyard! PLEASE NOTE: the pool is not covered by a cage. Leaves and debris can/will get into the pool on windy days. We do leave pool skimmers on site for you to use, as needed.

Property is ideal for family vacations as it is located in a family neighborhood in close proximity to other homes with small children.

4 miles to the nearest beach! Centrally located with easy access to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach.

Option to heat pool ($120). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, instapot, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $25.

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 5 stools. Dining room table that seats 6.

Poolside: Outdoor sectional sofa. Outdoor dining that seats 6.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $120/wk.

Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper laundry detergent/dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided!

Beach Equipment: sand chairs, large beach mat, cooler bag, sand toys, boogie boards, beach cart and umbrella provided.

Fishing Rods (4) and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many sandy beaches and/or the backyard!

In an effort to avoid parties, we do not rent to locals - within a 50 mile radius of the home.

Pets (1 dog only. No cats):
*Must be approved and $200 non-refundable fee paid
*Must be fully house trained
*Must be completely cleaned up after (POOP!)
*Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
*Crated indoors when not home with the pet
*If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative
arrangements must be made
*Not allowed on the furniture & NO PETS in POOL!
*Pooper scooper and bucket provided. Please use this to dispose of your puppies poop. Please dispose of the bag at the end of your stay.
