Make yourself at home in this newly renovated condo located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. Whether it’s a Husker sporting event, concert, visiting UNL, or just enjoying all that downtown Lincoln or the historic Haymarket has to offer, this perfectly located condo checks all the boxes!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has everything that you and your guests need to enjoy your stay. Located on the 4th floor you may access the condo via keypad entry provided by your host (elevator and stairwell access). Free Wi-Fi and washer dryer available to accommodate all lengths of stays. In the kitchen you will find new appliances, coffee maker, plates/silverware, and all basic cookware. The bedrooms and baths come with towels, clean sheets, and a TV in the master bedroom. Living room offers a 55” smart tv and sectional couch with a large ottoman that can combine for an extra sleeping area.

Lovely condo in downtown Lincoln close to parking and Haymarket. Everything as advertised very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room to hangout together & separate bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. Close to campus & Haymarket. Parking worked out great. Would definitely stay here again

Super convenient location, and excellent amenities

The property is so convenient to the University, Haymarket area, literally minutes from anywhere we needed to go. There is a yummy coffee shop on the street level. Easy access to the building/unit. The unit is just as pictures show... Clean and modern style and amenities. Loading zone and meters for parking just out front, with parking garage half a block away. Some street noise, but wasn't terrible for us. Note that the unit has two excellent king beds, but while the modular sofa can be put together to sleep on, it would be best for children rather than adults. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! Really pleased with this property.

Booked for wedding weekend

We booked the condo for our wedding weekend and it was perfect. The ladies all got ready the day of and it was plenty of room for all of us. Location is perfect!

Cozy condo close to everything

We spent Easter weekend visiting our daughter who is a UNL student. The condo comfortable and close to everything! Brett was an amazing host and super responsive whenever I reached out. We will stay here again.

Nice Property in Downtown Lincoln

Beds were super comfortable. If you plan on cooking be sure to bring your own salt & pepper, spices & ingredients needed as the kitchen is not stocked with basic pantry essentials. The sectional sofa was not the most comfortable but was trendy & stylish. If you plan to stay downtown be prepared for late night city vibes & loud traffic noises especially on the weekends. Location was good - close to campus, Haymarket district, dining, bars & entertainment. Be prepared to pay metered parking or park a couple clocks away for a parking garage. The first hour is free. There’s a 30 min loading spot in front of the building but was often occupied. Ask for a late check out as the cleaning crew may come early. Overall a nice comfortable place to stay.

Fabulous newly remodeled apartment!

Everything about this stay was fabulous! The apartment was clean was nicely laid out for a stay near UNL. It is easy walking distance to the Haymarket and any activities at UNL. Stay here and have no regrets!

Stunning + Great Location

The place is very spacious and much larger than I imagined. Stunning high ceilings and beautiful windows. Perfect place for a small group of people in an excellent location. We loved the short walk to all sorts of fun things in Lincoln. Our host was also very responsive and helpful. Check in and out process was easy as well. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment

Beautiful clean condo with everything anyone would want. We could walk to dinner and to Haymarket for shopping. Beds were great and two baths made it very accommodating for two couples. We will rent this apartment again if we get a chance.

Clean, modern, convenient

This two bedroom apartment in the heart of the Lincoln was perfect for my one night stop over with my three 90+ year old family members. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially coffee shops in the morning. Easy access to the building, elevator for the fourth floor unit, plenty of space in the apartment for four people. Brett was very responsive through the Vrbo app.
